This newly built, beautifully decorated and fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa is located in a gated, private cul-de-sac of just 6 villas. It is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs, although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out. Its location suits those wishing to have a relaxing holiday by the pool or sea and also those wanting to explore the fascinating history and landscape of Cyprus. The property also has central heating for the colder months, and a removable safety fence around the pool for peace of mind for visiting children. The villa is perfect for young kids. In addition to the normal adult crockery and cutlery we also have children's plastic tumblers, plates and bowls as well as a hand-held mixer and blender. We also have a travel cot and infant car seat available if required.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts are available for long winter lets of one month or more. Also for bookings done 8 months or more in advance. We'll also consider a discount for bookings of 3 weeks and over. Please contact us for more information.
Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.

The villa is fully air conditioned and also central heated.

Outside the villa is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is quite small but is just a few minutes walk away otherwise bigger beaches can be found within 5-10 mins drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is 5 miles away. Car hire is recommended but not essential. The motorways are also just a short drive away.
Distances
Nearest supermarket is 1km. Nearest bar 500m. Nearest village centre with good internet cafe and tavernas is 10 mins walk.
Booking notes
We require a £100 per week non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance, together with a security deposit of £100, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be returned once the villa has been checked upon departure.

Phelia/George, What can we say, the villa was fantastic and we loved Cyprus (we've never been to Greece/Cyprus before). The villa is highly recommended.
We would recommend a "visitors book". Many owners direct rentals have one. People leave comments regarding their stay, but more importantly, they often leave comments about the locality, eg places to visit, local restaurants and whether they are any good, market days etc. It helps you to get established quickly in the first few days, particularly a restaurant first night.
