Notes on prices
Summer season prices are for the whole property per week and are shown in UK pounds and euros. Late booking discounts are available, please contact the owner to discuss. An air conditioning charge of £3 per unit per day is applied to the property. Cleaning 100 euros, laundry 6 euros per person (paid on arrival). Winter logs can be delivered for the fires. Discounts are available for longer Winter lets (contact the owner).

Very large living room downstairs with all wooden flooring, beamed ceilings, archway and stone fireplace. Access to corridor which leads to kitchen, and also double doors to garden. |

Notes on accommodation
For winter months, there is a wood burning stove in the kitchen/dining area and a stone fireplace in the main living room. The air conditioners in the bedrooms also double up as fan heaters. For summer months, there are ceiling and free-standing fans around the house. There are 3 Camp beds with small mattresses suitable for young children, or sunbathing area.

Property has external stairs to upper storey. Both entrance gates have one step.
Outside
Beautiful private garden with fruit trees and date palm, providing natural split shaded areas, perfect for alfresco eating, sunbathing and relaxing. Seperate upstairs sunbathing deck.
Coast/Beach
1/2 mile to beautiful beaches, 10 mins to Coral Bay. Very short drive to many wonderful locations offering beachside eating and entertainment. 10 mins to Paphos Harbour.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills Golf Club 20 mins. Tsada Golf Course 20 mins.
Skiing
3 ski slopes in the Troodos Mountains opening January through to (typically) end of April. Approx 1 hour away.
Special interest holidays
PADI diving, water ski, sailing and motorboat hire all available at Paphos and Latchi Harbour. Bird-watching and walking at the Akamas Peninsula. Turtles may be seen at Lara Beach during nesting season. It is possible to view the nesting sites, and hatching. Many additional family activities.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 15/20 mins away. Car hire is recommended allowing to explore a beautiful part of the country, but could use local taxi and bus.
Distances
A 5 min walk into Chloraka village to the famous Papantonious supermarket! 10 mins from Coral Bay, 10 mins to Paphos Harbour, 40 mins to Polis/Latchi Harbour. 1.5 hours to Nicosia (Capital City). Troodos Mountains 1.5 hour's.
Further details
In August, there are outside Operas at Paphos Castle, and in June there are outdoor Shakespearian plays at the famous Curium Ampitheatre. Fantastic mosaics at Paphos harbour open all year round. Car hire companies can be recommended (cars can easily be picked up and dropped off at airport).
Booking notes
Call the owner direct to book. Reasonably priced property for letting, as owner would like it to be well looked after and loved. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with remainder due 1 month prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £75 (payable with final payment) is also required.

SM (UK) Summer 2007 - 'Very relaxing place. Good to get away from the crowds, but also close to everything we needed. Liked it so much, I came back a second time. Hope to be there again this year.'
