The ground floor consists of WC, open plan living, kitchen, dining area, with patio doors to the pool and extensive patio. There is also a ground floor king room with en-suite with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is a further 3 bedrooms, two with en-suite. The master room has a dressing area and large balcony. Up the stairs to the second floor there is a lounge area with sofa bed and out to a roof terrace with exceptional 360 degree sea views and soft seating. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and suits families and couples alike. The property is perfectly situated at the heart of Coral Bay and is in walking distance to all amenities and 3 min walk from the famous sandy beach and 5 mins from shops and restaurants.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
5% discount on bookings for 2 weeks. Rentals for 3 weeks receive 10% discount. Long term rentals through low season, please contact us for special price. Last minute booking deals within 4 weeks of departure, 15% discount. Please note pool heating carries a surcharge of £40 per week and Wi-Fi a surcharge of £20 per week, pls advise. Pool heating is highly recommended from October till mid May.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air-conditioned (does heat as well). Air-conditioning is included in the price. The living room also has a gas fire. All bedrooms are furnished to high standard, with cotten linen and rugs throughout for that home from home feel. The villa is very spacious and is fully equipped and furnished comfortably for families as well as for groups.

Accessibility
The ground floor bedroom and en-suite have been constructed for wheelchair access. The pool has a large step so that disabled users can ease themselves into the pool. There is one space for off road parking to the side of the villa within the grounds.
Outside
The villa has an extensive patio area and covered veranda with oak furniture and plenty of sun beds. There is also a soft seating area next to the outside dining area. The swimming pool is 3.5m x 7m and has a maximum depth of 2m. The pool can also be heated, which is highly recommended outside of the summer weeks. There is a £40 per week charge for pool heating.
Coast/Beach
The Coral Bay sandy beach is 3 min away, walking. There are two tavernas on the beach. The shops and restaurants are 5 min walk. Local supermarket is 10 mins walk. A car is not essential but we always recommend due to possibility of visiting local attractions (see below).
Golf
The villa is 30 mins drive to the local Paphos surrounding golf courses, and in particular the Aphrodite Hills, world class golf course.
Skiing
You can ski in the Troodos mountains, mainly December to February, however snow is not guaranteed, so better to check the weather first!
Special interest holidays
Cyprus has plenty to offer... mountain biking, diving, off road biking, quad biking, walking and trekking... not just the usual sun, sea and sand...
Travel
Paphos airport is 30 mins away and Larnaca is 1.5-2 hours drive.
Distances
There are many beautiful villages within 5-10 min drive. Sea Caves, the Adonis Baths are 5 mins by car, and Tombs of the Kings, 15 mins by car. The centre of Paphos is 20 mins drive. The Aphrodite Waterpark is 25 min drive. In Coral Bay there is the Crazy Golf and small Amusement Park and Go Kart track. There is also the Pafos Bird and Animal Park within 10 minutes drive..Or try the Old Town in Pafos, often overlooked, this is full of little streets and markets.
Further details
A standard welcome pack at no extra charge is placed in the villa for you on arrival. We can offer mid week cleans, these are at a nominal charge of £30 plus any laundry. For babies and children, we have a blender, plastic bowls and spoons, steriliser, booster high seat. Plus there is a large selection of children's, toddlers and adult DVDs plus a PS2 and some games. If you would like us to recommend any restaurants or car rental, pls just ask.
Booking notes
For any bookings we require 20% deposit on booking, which is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £200 in cheque form must also be sent with the final balance. We ask all bookings to adhere to our terms and conditions, essentially to ensure everyone has a better holiday! Pool heating carries a surcharge of £40 per week and WiFi a surcharge of £20 per week, please advise upon booking, payment of which would be due with the balance.
