Museums and many archaeological and historical sites such as the Old Fort, the mosaics and many ancients ruins. 20 mins drive to Akamas Nature Reserve with excellent hiking and walking trails. The Troodos and Mount Olymus Mountains provides skiing and snowboarding in the winter months.

Coast/Beach
Ten minutes walk to the clostest beach by Alexander The Great. Plus many other little beach areas to explore in Paphos, 15 minutes bus ride to the beautiful beaches at Coral Bay with its array of shops bars and restaurants.
Golf
Papahos area is well catered for in terms of golf. With three courses within about half an hours drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodite hills golf course is par 70/71 and about 17km east of Paphos. Tsada golf club is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Valley golf club is approx 18km east of Paphos and par 72.
Skiing
In the winter months there is good skiing in the nearby at Troodos mountains about one hour's drive from the appartment, the skiing season is usually between Jan - March. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself by the pool or on the beach in the afternoon. There is ski equipment hire via Cyprus ski club at the shop, if you are requiring ski hire equipment it is advisable to get there early. Also they sell ski and snow boading equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginners to advanced levels, Hea and Zeus are installed on the north face of mount Olympus and Aphrodite and Hermes lifts are at sun valley.
Travel
Paphos airport is 15 minutes drive / Larnaca airport is 90 minutes drive, car hire is not essential as the main tourist area is within walking distance and a good regular bus service operates to all major local attractions, Paphos market, Old town, Coral Bay and the water Park / Go karting.
Booking notes
Bookings by e-mail, 30% non-refundable deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before departure. Payment by bank transfer. Damages deposit of £100 payable on arrival, refunded, less any breakages on depature. Dont forget Cyprus is going into Euros in Jan 08.
