Spacious, fully equipped three edroom villa with private pool ideally situated only 400m from the beach and the Coral Bay area beyond. Walking distance to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Car hire is not essential as everything is a short walk away. Free buses to Paphos and Aphrodite Water Park, Karting, Harbour front restaurants, incredible Roman Mosaics and shopping. The villa offers private front side, back gardens and a south facing pool area. An outdoor BBQ, perfect setting to watch the sunsets. The villa has all the comforts of home with big chocolate brown sofas and contemporary furnishings, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and PS2. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the Coral Bay and Corallia beaches where you will find safe swimming and beach activities including sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, para-sailing, peddlos, inflatable rides and more. Excellent local restaurants, pubs, banks, internet cafe and a supermarket are a short walk away.

Living Rooms: Contemporary open plan lounge/diner with chocolate brown leather sofas, coffee tables, dining table and chairs, indoor plants and entertaining equipment including LCD TV (satellite), DVD, PS2, CD Player. Two French doors lead to the poolside and pergola.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Welcome pack, linen and towels included. Maid service on changeover or during stay upon request. Extra linen and towel changeovers during stay cost £25 (upon request).

Notes on accommodation
The villa benefits from hot/cold air conditioning to suit your needs whatever time of year. The villa has a ceiling mounted smoke detector in the stair well and a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and 1st aid kit in the kitchen.

Accessibility
Access to the ground floor areas and WC are easy. However the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is no pool hoist.

Outside
There are lawned areas for ball games. Outside south facing swimming pool - please note that the pool is not fenced-so children will require supervision. Poolside shower, BBQ, herb garden, grapevine, citrus trees (help yourself), colonial wicker seating and table under the pergola.

North facing garden with rotary washing line, patio, lawn area, cut grass lawn (excellent area for children to play badminton, football etc). Views to the mountain.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is a 5 min walk away. It is famous for its sandy beaches, small harbour and very clear sea and compared to the rocky coastline of Paphos, is ideal and safe for children. Most water activities can be booked at the beach and the villa's vicinity to the beach, sea and shops, amenities means that a car, although probably desirable, is not essential. There is regular bus to Paphos harbour to/from Coral Bay. Regular buses going to the fantastic Aphrodite water park are free.

Golf
There are 3 excellent world class championship courses around Paphos, all within a short drive from the villa: Tsada Golf Club, situated on an elevated position 550m above sea level to ensure cool breezes. The Secret Valley Golf Club, lies within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. The brand new and exciting Aphrodite Hills Golf Club which offers a championship standard course with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea.

Skiing
Believe it or not, the villa is a 1 hour drive from the Troodos Mountains where you can ski in the winter time at Mount Olympus, elevation 2000m, although we have not tried this yet!

Special interest holidays
Coral Bay beaches, the best sandy beaches in the Paphos region, are very close by. Enjoy the many leisure and water sports activities in the vicinity or take a Jeep safari to the nearby Akamas National park, a land of unspoiled natural beauty. Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 6Km drive with its pretty harbour and an excellent choice of restaurants, night life and shopping. While there, visit the renowned Archaeological ruins and historical sites with the world's most famous mosaics. Paphos was the Roman capital of Cyprus-there are many ruins and amphitheatres all over Cyprus, but especially in and around Paphos.

Travel
Airlines Flying to Paphos, Cyprus - Direct return flights to Paphos cost from £75-335 (depending on your travel dates) from a number of UK airports. The more astute holiday maker will book flights just before term end and avoid price increases! British Airways are generally the cheapest carrier. Please contact for any website addresses you may require.

4 mins walk to restaurants, bars supermarket. 5 mins walk to the beach. 5 mins walk taxi office. 5 mins walk to scuba diving office. 3 mins walk to bus stop. 10 mins walk to main Coral Bay Strip (bars, restaurants, clubs etc). 5 mins drive to Pegeia Village (traditional Tavernas etc). 15 mins drive to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula. 30 mins drive to Polis and Latchi. 20 mins drive to Paphos town and harbour.

Further details
There are ample trips that can be taken to wineries (free wine tasting). Paphos is ideal for exploring historical sites, including World Heritage Tomb of the Kings and Monasteries. Paphos Town has a daily market selling leather goods and lace. Further Excursions. Booking deposit 30% due when making reservation. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required with balance which is refunded (after our agent has checked the villa and found everything in order) within 14 days after departure.
