The garden and terrace are at the rear of the villa offering seclusion and stunning views over not only the sea but the adjacent field. The garden around the villa is well stocked. There is a grassed area which is ideal for children to play on and to set your sun lounger on. The large private swimming pool (10mx5m) enjoys sunshine all day. The main entrance door leads on to a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The Living area is tastefully furnished and has satellite television and a DVD/CD. The dining area has a smart round table with seating for 6 people. A set of glass doors leads from the dining/living area on to the veranda, pool and garden area. A doorway leads to the three bedrooms. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

Flexible. However, we do ask you to vacate by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating which is included in the price. The garden area has a grassed area for children to play in. A cot and highchair can be provided at no charge. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for you. We have two other luxury villas nearby which are ideal for booking together for larger parties and group bookings.
Outside
The main feature of the garden is the large swimming pool around which there are sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. The pool has been set in a beautiful garden which has been thoughtfully designed. There is a large patio area with a large table and seating. A charcoal barbecue is also provided for outdoor eating.
There is a parking space on the drive at the side of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The renowned sandy blue flag beach at Coral Bay is a short 3 minutes drive away (or a 15 minute walk) with its safe waters, restaurants, volleyball courts and changing facilities. North along the Akamas Peninsula is the beautiful and remote Lara Bay which is one of the best beaches on the island and famed for its turtle hatchery. One of the few places in the Mediterranean where they can still be found.
Golf
There are 3 excellent 18 hole golf courses. Tsada Golf course is 30 minutes drive away from Paphos in an elevated position with sea views. The Secret Valley golf course is approximately 18km east of Paphos (about 35 minutes from the villa). The newer Aphrodite golf course is also 40 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Paphos airport, 30/40 minute drive.
Larnaca airport, 2 hours drive.
Distances
Coral Bay village is only a 3 minute drive and offers everything you need with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks and general holiday resort facilities. Paphos town and harbour is 20 minutes drive away with lots of restaurants and bars. There is a regular bus service running to Paphos from the village.
