All villas have extensive mature gardens,large patio verandas and provide all the necessary outdoor furniture. They also have large pools. All the pools are private and for use only by the clients (they are not shared). The villa ESTI is built in 4000sqm while the villa Luxor is built in a plot 2500sm and both provide a table tennis.
Coast/Beach
The villas are situated on the west coast of Cyprus, 15km away from the city center of Pafos, 4km from the famous Coral Bay area and 1.5km from the traditional village of Pegeia and St George Bay. It is 60-800 meters away from the sea.
The beaches of Coral Bay and all amenities are just a few minute drive away. Sea Caves area is nearby for those who are looking for adventure while Mediterranean waters are just perfect for snorkeling and any other kind of water sports.
Golf
Golf Information Tsada Golf Club is 20 minutes away from Pafos. (25 minutes from the Villas). 18 hole course on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18 km east of Pafos (30 minute drive away from the villas). It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees adding to the new course’s maturity and the beautiful scalped natural rock formations offer panoramic views to the golfer. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120 meters. Aphrodite Golf is also 30km away.
