If it’s a beach holiday with nearby pubs and nightlife you want, then this is not for you! We can't even offer a pool. All we can offer is comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price in a quiet village away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s not total isolation though! There is a taverna, village shop, bank and two coffee shops.

We charge for the room per day not per person. We also offer discounts for long lets, subject to a minimum stay of 21 days or more. There is no minimum stay for up to 21 days.

Changeover day
There are no changeover days this allows total flexibility! There are no seasonal periods, open all year subject to available booking.
Where else could you spend winter months with a barbecue on the beach in the morning and go skiing in the afternoon?

Living Rooms: Studio-style sleeping/living area, with twin beds, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, open fire (for winter).

Accessibility
We are sorry, but wheel chair access is not catered for at this time. Although the entrance doorway is a wide double door, we believe the bathroom door could present a problem and would therefore spoil your visit.

Outside
Typical of this type of village property, there is a large roof terrace with mountain views partly covered by a large pergola, this includes a barbeque and food prep area, suitable for alfresco living. At the entrance to the property is a small patio overlooking the Olive, Orange, and Lemon trees, that the area is famous for.

Coast/Beach
If you fancy a day at the beach, it is only 30Km drive to the Municiple beach of Dassoudi, which stretches for several km along the front of Limassol. There the water is safe and fairly shallow. Further afield there is a beautiful beach at Kurion which takes in a lovely drive. This beach has three beachside tavernas and shower/toilet facilities. There is also a water park nearby in Fasouri, should the beaches not take your fancy.

Golf
With courses for most tastes nearby, we can offer you a less expensive alternative to the golfing holiday apartments attached to the courses.

Skiing
Skiing in Troodos Mountains approx 35Km drive.

Special interest holidays
There is an abundance of archaeological sites and places of interest most of which are within approx 40Km drive.
There is a large Festival in September each year centered around the two Churches one of which is famous for the 'Weeping Icons'.

Travel
Car hire is essential, given the location of this property. Approx 90 Km drive from Larnaca Airport, and 115km from Paphos Airport.
Transfer to and from the Airport may be arranged for a small charge if car hire is not possible. If you require this service, please contact us before booking.

Distances
Nearest town Limassol is approx 30Km drive. Troodos Mountains for walking or skiing is approx 35Km.

Further details
You will find the villagers and the few ex-pats that live here are very friendly and you will be made most welcome. There is a village shop, Post office, Butchers, Bank, 2 coffee shops, and a large Taverna serving beers, wines, spirits. As well as a wide variety of food for most tastes and of course traditional Cypriot food.
