The town of Paralimni with its shops, banks and restaurants is 2 minutes drive from the villa.

Outside
Private pool with steps into the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. Large sun bathing and garden area surrounded by trees, shrubs, grass and flowers. Garden lighting and pool can be lit at night. BBQ and outdoor tables and chairs provided.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches in this area, Fig Tree bay, Nissi beach, Macronissos, Pernera and Konnos bay. The local beaches all have water sports such as motor boats, wind-surfing, water skiing, parasailing and pedalos. There is also a large waterpark in Ayia Napa.
Travel
Larnaca is the nearest airport about 45 minutes drive.
Distances
A hire car is essential with your holiday. 2 minutes drive to Paralimni. 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. 10 minutes drive to Protaras.
Further details
When you have finished relaxing by the pool and beaches, the location of the villa is ideal for taking a boat trip, visiting the Troodos mountains (2 hour drive) and Nicosia (1 hour drive), exploring nature trails or a shopping trip to Larnaca (45 minute drive).
Booking notes
Upon booking the villa a deposit of 30% is payable and full payment is required 6 weeks before departure. A holding security deposit of £300 is also taken and held to cover the cost of any breakage and damange done to the villa during your stay. This fee, will be refunded in full, following your departure once the villa has been fully inspected with no damage found.
