Private 8 x 4 swimming pool is accessed directly from the lounge area, dining room and two downstairs bedrooms with outside shower, BBQ, large parking area, patios and terrace. Furniture includes sun loungers, parasols and 6 chairs and large table.
Coast/Beach
About 300m to a local sandy beach, Alagadi beach and Lara beach is 5 mins drive. There are various other beaches which can be reached by car within 10 minutes including Vogue beach club which also provides watersports and acapulco beach with the biggest swimming pool in North Cyprus.
Golf
Approx 5 min. drive. Korineum Golf and Country Club is a 6230metre 18 hole championship course with fabulous driving range and three dedicated training holes with mountain and sea views. Also has a private clubhouse with 200 seat restaurant, bar, spa, gym and hotel facilities.

Travel
Fly to Ercan Airport in the North - transfer time to the villa is about 30 mins.
Fly to Larnaca Airport in the south - transfer time to the villa approx. 90 mins.
Fly into Paphos in the south - transfer time to the villa is approx. 2.5 hours.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The villa is 1.5 miles from the centre of Esentepe Village and also a 5 min drive to Turtle Beach and Golf Club. The sea resort town of Kyrenia (Girne) is 20 mins drive with a good selection of restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and casinos.
