Situated peacefully on a corner plot within a cul-de-sac only a stones throw away from the picturese Nissi Beach. You can choose to walk into busy Aiya Napa, packed with bars, restaurants and shops or create your own entertainment with the vast facilities provided. These comprise of pool table, dart board, satellite tv with over 50 channels, DVD player, Playstation 2 with games, CD player, BBQ, decked patio area, outside eating facilities, sunloungers and outside lighting. The villa is fully air-conditioned. We have provided everything you could need to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. This Villa is ideal for the young, old or families. Whatever you are looking for in a holiday this villa can provide it. Our villa is in an ideal position so a car is not required.

The Villa is child friendly, equipped for all ages with a high chair and stair gate and It has its own drive with parking facilities for two vechiles also a fenced perimeter for added privacy. There is no smoking inside the villa. The villa is fully Air Conditioned (for a small charge).

Coast/Beach
Nissi Bay Beach is a 10 minute walk from the villa.
It has many water activities available (jet skis, banana boat rides, pedalos, para-gliding etc).
Skiing
Skiing is available on the island in the months of January-March at Troodos mountains. The Cyprus Ski Club possess four ski lifts, two of them are on the north face of Mount Olympus, one is 350m long and the other is 500m long. The other two ski lifts are at Sun Valley, south of Olympus and are 150m long.
Special interest holidays
For those who want to explore the island great deals on car hire can be found. Cyprus drive on the same side of the road as us and all signs are in both Greek and English. But for those who do not drive a car is not essential for a great time as the villa is excellently situated.
Travel
Larnaca is approx. a 40 minute drive away.
Car hire and taxis easily available on arrival and will cost around £20/£25 if you haggle with them.
Distances
Local bus routes from Nissi Avenue. These can take you to other local towns such as Protaras and Paralimni.
There is a local market in Larnaca on a Sunday and can be got to via, bus, taxi or hire car.
A large supermarket is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa which sells British labelled goods.
A large water park is situated in Aiya Napa itself. It is affordable by taxi [5 minutes] There is also a local shop 2 mins walk away called the fruit market we have found this very handy and very freindly .

Local bank facilities close by for currency exchange on Nissi Avenue (Laiki Bank).
All restaurants are family friendly.
All eating experiences can be found. From simple, quick a la carte or traditional Cypriot recipes.
Quiet bistro or lively bars - Ayia Napa has it all.
Booking notes
Please contact us for availabilty. We require a £200 deposit on booking confirmation. This is non-refundable on cancellation of booking. The balance to be paid in full 6 wks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required but refunded if villa is in the same condition it was on arrival [ie. no damages, also we do not take bookings from all male / female groups,if any booking is made for such parties and not disclosed we reserve the right to deny access and no refund given .
