This fabulous family villa is located in a small private gated complex. The villa is fully air-conditioned and provides both a relaxing environment for a pool-side holiday and an excellent base to explore the sun-kissed island of Cyprus. The villa has a extensive patio areas for sun seekers and the pool is sun-drenched all day. The local village of Pervolia offers several good tavernas and restaurants with typical Cypriot hospitality in a traditional setting!

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover day. Check-in on arrival day is normally after 4pm. Check-out time on day of departure is normally 10am, but we can be flexible dependent on arrival time of the following guests.

Main bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
Shower room on ground floor with WC.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted open-plan with all modern conveniences including integrated oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
Living Rooms: The light open-plan living/dining area has a 2 sofas, TV,and DVD player with satellite TV and coffee table. The dining area looks out through 2 sets of patio doors and has a table which seats 6.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bathroom towels and all linen are included in the price. Please bring beach/pool towels. The villa will be cleaned and serviced before arrival and weekly during your stay. The swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly during summer months.

 

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating system for your comfort. Black-out blinds are fitted to all the bedrooms and the living/kitchen area to keep the rooms cool in the heat of the summer. No smoking is permitted in the villa please.

Outside
Outside there are extensive patio and paved areas surrounding the villa. Mixed flower borders and tropical tree planting provide a pleasant backdrop. The private pool is for use by our villa guests only. The gated driveway provides an additional safe play area away from the pool for children. 4 sunloungers are provided for those who want to relax in the pool/garden area. There is a large outdoor dining table with 6 chairs placed undercover. This is accompanied with a large wood burning BBQ for alfresco dining day or night! The villa is situated within a small privated gated community.

Coast/Beach
The nearest white stoney beach is just a 2 minute walk away from our villa. There is a sandy beach (Faros Beach) a 5 minutes drive or a pleasant 15 min walk around the headland of Cape Kiti. Faros beach has seasonal watersports available. There are other expansive beaches around Larnaca or further afield (approx. 45mins) at Protaras/Paralimni.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 15 minute drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is not essential if you are choosing a villa/pool and local beach based holiday. However, if you wish to explore the island and its cultural heritage a car is essential! Car hire can be arranged from the airport or locally in Pervolia. There is a bus service which stops right outside Blue Serenity and a local taxi service.

Distances
The nearest minimarket shop stocking all basic requirements is just a couple of minutes walk from the villa. A little further along the road to Pervolia is a fish taverna. The village of Pervolia is just a few minutes drive away (approx.1 km). Pervolia offers local shops and several friendly and good-value tavernas providing for locals and tourists alike. Kiti provides a wider range of eateries and shops at just a couple of kilometres away. Larnaca is only c.7 miles away.

Pervolia is a peaceful and traditional Cypriot village. It offers local shops and several friendly and good-value tavernas providing for both locals and tourists alike. The focus of the village is a cobblestone square adjacent to the beautiful church. There are plenty of activities locally, from watersports on Faros Beach, donkey sanctuaries, Camel parks, horse riding or futher afield walking (or even ski-ing from Jan - March!) in the Troodos mountains! There is a golf course planned for completion in 2008 at Tersefanou! Or visit the salt lakes approx. 4 kms from Blue Serenity to see the migrant birds.

Booking notes
Enquiry/booking: An email/phone call to reserve your chosen holiday weeks.
Deposit: £100 per week is required to confirm your booking (the full amount due if booking within 8 weeks of departure).
Balance: Payable 8 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit is required of £150 payable with your final balance eight weeks prior to departure. This is refunded within 3 weeks of vacating the villa, less any deductions for losses damage or breakages.
