All bedrooms are supplied with king sized beds, reading lamps and floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. The master suite features a capacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite with bath and power shower facilities. One of the other bedrooms is also en suite. |

En suite bathroom to the master suite with bath, WC, shower, bidet. Bathroom to bedrooms 2 and 3 fitted with shower, WC, bidet. En suite to bedroom 4 fitted with shower and WC. All are appointed in limestone and marble. |

Spectacular views of the mountains and also Bellapais Abbey which is illuminated at night.
The villa also comes with a very large private swimming pool measuring 20ft by 45ft.

Outside
The ground floor accommodation is designed for al fresco living, opening onto a large veranda wrapping around the front of the house with double width, floor to ceiling French doors. The veranda provides stunning views of the garden, the pool and the tree topped hills rolling down to the sea far beyond.
To complete your stay the villa is equipped with TV and DVD player, sun lounges, patio furniture and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches are approximately 10 mins drive. The Karpas or pan handle area has stunning unspoilt beaches and these are about 1 hours drive, well worth the visit.
Golf
The brand new 18-hole Championship Golf Course is now open at Esentepe and is only a 20 minute drive from villa. It is the Korineum Golf and Country Club offering an 18 hole international standard golf course designed by Arne Van Amerongen. The Golf and Country Club also has a private clubhouse, public restaurant, bar and hotel facilities. Golfers enjoy the breathtaking views of the Besparmak mountain range as well as cool sea breezes during peak summer golf season.
Skiing
During the winter months skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains. The South of the island is now fully accessible for tourists and residents of the TRNC.
Special interest holidays
Diving, horse riding, paragliding, swimming, water sports, fishing and walking.
About a 20 mins drive are 2 karting tracks - the facilities are first class. At one of the tracks is a pool and games room.
Local spa: visit 'vaha-spa.com'. Ideal for a day of pampering.
Travel
Option 1 - Flight to Ercan airport in the north with a touch down in Turkey. Taxi transfer time to the villa is 30 minutes.
Option 2 - Flight to Larnaca airport in the south, taxi transfer time to the villa 1 hour 20 mins.
We can recommend a car hire company with good daily/weekly rate. Taxi transfers cost approx. £25 from Ercan, which will be wavered if a car is hired. It is strongly recommended that you at least take advantage of the transfer as the villa would be very difficult to find.
Distances
Ozankoy is a small village near to the villa, and the centre of Kyrenia is a 10 minute drive. All the local places of interest are within easy reach. The crossing point to the South of Cyprus is about a 40 minute drive.
Further details
The area has a wide range of restaurants, bars and casinos. The local Lemar supermarket is a short drive to pick up any self catering requirements. Money can be changed in the centre of Kyrenia. Please note that the currency in the north is New Turkish Lira. Although Sterling is widely accepted. Credit cards are excepted in most places. The currency in the South is Cypriot pounds. If you plan a journey to the South we would recommend that you change some currency prior to your visit as this will save you time.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £100 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday.
