Changeover day
Changeover day is very flexable. Villa is normally available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and departure would normally be by 10.00am. Flexability on the times can sometimes be arranged prior to arrival and would be confirmed in writing.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned before and after each let and clean linen is provided at the beginning of the let and each week during longer stays. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged locally. Please bring your own beach/poolside towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms. It is suitable for children and if needed we can supply a high chair, travel cot and car seat. Non-smoking inside. A 'welcome pack' can be arranged for your arrival and paid for locally.
The villa is only suitable for a maximum of 6 persons (plus 1 travel cot, please supply your own bedding for this) under no cicumstances may the party size exceed the original booking.

Outside
It has its own private pool approximately 26' x 13'. All outside furniture is supplied - loungers, chairs, tables. There is also a barbecue if you would prefer to cook outside. There is a drive inside the garden for parking of two medium sized cars. Rotary washing line.
Coast/Beach
It is a 2 minutes drive to the beach which has a restaurant and bar, sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired there. A short drive takes you to one of the beaches in Ayia Napa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is about a 40 mile drive. Car hire can be arranged and is recommended. There are taxis at the airport if you wish to use that means of transport. Pick up from and return to the airport can be arranged ask for details.
Distances
It is about 10 minutes drive into the centre of Ayia Napa and about 15 minutes drive to Protaras.
Further details
Ayia Napa with all the shops, banks, hospitals, restaurants, pubs and varied nightlife is a ten minute drive away.
Europe's largest themed waterpark Waterworld is 5minutes away.
The Go Kart park is next door to Waterworld.
The local supermarket is also about 5 minutes away and stocks most of the goods you will need.
The main supermarket is in Paralimni which is a drive of about 15 minutes.
The villa is approximately 54kms from Larnaca Airport.
Welcome pack containing water, milk, orange juice, bread, butter and a limited amount of tea, coffee and sugar can be arranged and then paid for locally on arrival.
Booking notes
£100 deposit per week is required at time of booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 refundable damage deposit required, refunded within 2 weeks following satisfactory hand back of villa. The villa is ideal for families or couples, even the 'happy wedding couple' will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Ayia Thekla.
No single sex, or hen/stag party bookings accepted.
