Shower room (Downstairs) with shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen: Equipment includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric toaster and electric kettle.
Utility Room: Ironing board & iron.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Three piece suite with enough room to seat 6, dining table with 8 chairs, coffee table, television and DVD player.
Other: Outside terrace with patio table and 4 chairs. Also 2 collapsible sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned prior to guests arriving and if stay is 2 weeks or more than it will be cleaned once a week. Extra cleaning can be arranged but there will be an extra charge for this.

 

Notes on accommodation
House has brand new air-conditioning units (that can also heat) and brand new laminate flooring has recently been fitted. House is extremely suitable for a family stay as quiet residential location.

Accessibility
There are steep steps leading from the parking space to the front of the property so would advise that it's not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Outside
A private parking space leads up to a partially covered terrace at the front of the house with gorgeous sea views containing a patio table and 4 chairs. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that has stunning panoramic sea views. There is a small private garden and patio to the rear of the house. A pathway leads to a beautiful shared swimming pool with sea views that is illuminated at night. There are 2 collapsible sun loungers that can be moved where ever preferred.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away. However Coral Bay is only a 5-10 minute drive away from the house and this is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, book-ended by a pair of headlands. However, it's the glassy waters offshore that everyone comes for. The sea is calm all year-round and the bay is very popular with water sports enthusiasts.

Golf
There are 3 great golf courses within 20 - 30 minutes drive from Bella Vista.

Minthis Hills formally Tsada Golf course is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery and is an 18 hole course. Secret Valley is in a beautiful scenic setting, also an 18 hole course. The newest magnificent course is Aphrodite Hills Golf resort which is an 18 hole course approximately 20km from Paphos. Secret Valley Golf Club. 18 Hole Golf Course is near Aphrodite's Rock.

Skiing
The Troodos mountains are a 30-45 minute drive away from the house. The Troodos ski season usually begins at the end of January/early February and usually lasts for about 4 weeks.

Travel
Paphos airport is approximately 10 km away from the house. Car hire is advised but a taxi transfer can be arranged.

Distances
Chloraka village centre with is famous fish market is a 5 minute drive away.
Paphos town centre and harbour is a 10 minute drive away
Coral Bay with 5 star hotels and quality restaurants is a 10 minute drive away.

Further details
Quiet residential area but restaurant, kiosk, beach & bars all within walking distance. 10 mins drive to Coral Bay & award winning beach. 5 mins drive to Paphos harbour. 1 min drive to large supermarket, pharmacy, bank, beauticians, hairdressers & shops.

Booking notes
50% deposit of total cost is payable when confirming booking and rest of payment is required 4 weeks before departure along with one week's rent as deposit. The deposit will be refunded approximately one week after holiday end after inspection of property.

Guest comments
We had a lovely relaxing break, it was very peaceful and everyone in the complex friendly and welcoming. The villa was great, very comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful.
