The apartment is set in its own private garden and has two relaxing sun terraces which can also be used for alfresco dining. There is access to a large shared swimming pool set amongst tranquil landscaped gardens. This is an air-conditioned property consisting of a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six people, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom (with bath and shower). The apartment is fully equipped with a wide screen TV and DVD player. Local shops including a bakers, fruiterers and butchers are a short walk of around 150m away. Debbenham's is also near and has a nice food hall. There is a convenient personal parking space right by the apartment. Wheelchair access is also convenient as there is the use of a lift between the security door and the front door of the apartment. A ‘meet and greet’ service is available and/or welcome pack can be arranged if required.

Bedroom 2 with twin single beds, bedside unit with lamp, dressing table and mirror. A/C unit. Lounge acts as third bedroom.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom equipped with bath, shower, wc, washhand basin shaving point and mirror. Towels are provided for the bathroom in the rental charge. Hot water is provided by an immersion heater system.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, extractor fan, toaster. Fully fitted cupboards contain crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. For your protection a smoke alarm, fire blanket, extinguisher have been provided.
Living Rooms: Lounge equipped with two sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. Coffee table and sideboard. TV, DVD system and tape/CD player. The dining area seats six and is adjacent to the lounge area. A/C unit. Sliding glazed doors to patio areas.
Other: Hallway gives access to all rooms and the front door of the apartment. There is also a security door at the front of the building.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath, hand towels and linen are included in the rental charge however beach towels are not included. Cleaning is carried out prior to occupency, however further cleaning can be carried out on request.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property is part of a small development of 15 flats situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. A/C is available in major rooms. Access to the apartment is easy for those requiring the use of a wheel chair as there is a lift between the security door and the front door of the apartment. The pool is situated on the same level as the apartment with access down a slight ramp. Both of the patios can be used for alfresco dining or sampling the local wine as the equipment includes outside seating and table. The apartment has its own secluded garden. Reserved parking area convenient to the apartment. Local shops including a Debenhams food hall are a short walk (approx. 150m) away.

Accessibility
Access to the front door of the property is via a lift and is considered suitable for wheelchair access. The pool is on the same level as the apartment. A convenient reserved car space is right outside the apartment.

Outside
The apartment has two sun patios set in its own gardens. Both bedrooms and the lounge have outside windows or sliding doors with shutters, which can be tilted to allow through draft, thus minimising the use of the a/c or reducing the amount of direct sunlight. Outside furniture is available for use on the patios. Sun loungers are available for use round the swimming pool. Poolside showers and toilets available.

Coast/Beach
Local beaches are around 35 minutes or so walk although there are local buses available. However, there are a large variety of beaches within a short drive including one used by turtles as a hatchery. The local beaches vary between sand/shingle to fine sand.

Golf
There are a number of local golf courses a short drive away.

Skiing
Cyprus has limited skiing available in the winter months in the nearby Troodos mountains.

Special interest holidays
There are a number of local diving schools situated around the harbour in Paphos. There are also a number of restaurants offering local cuisine on their menues.

Travel
In order to get the best from your holiday in Cyprus it is reccomended that the use of a car is considered. Driving is the same as the UK ie on the left. Paphos airport is approximately twenty minutes drive away and cars can be rented at the airport.

Distances
Paphos is recognised as an "International Heritage" area with remains from ancient, Roman and Moorish times.

Further details
Local shops and supermarkets are within five minutes walk. These include Debenhams with a food hall and cafeteria. Paphos has an ancient harbour, medieval castle and UNESCO achaelogical site with Roman mosaics. Several diving schools are situated around Paphos harbour. Excursions are available to travel into the nearby Troodos mountains to see monastaries and other places of interest. There are a number of vineyards which give tours round the vinery. Boat and fishing trips can be taken from Paphos harbour. Excursions are available to Egypt.

Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is required on booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to the holiday together with a security deposit of £100. Security deposit is returnable subject to any damage reduction. A "meet and greet" service is available on request.
