Kings View apartments are set amongst a small devolopment of residential and holiday properties. The location was chosen by the owners for the stunning panoramic sea views. Set in an elevated position towards the villages rather than in the main tourist area, you have the benefit of being away from the crowds and noise of the town. In just ten minutes you can drive to the lovely beaches of Coral Bay, or in the other direction for the Castle Fort in the pretty Paphos Harbour. Go touring and sight seeing to the many places of interest or just lounge around the pool. Three main golf courses are within 30 minutes drive and the owner will even lend you his golf clubs (availability permitting). Finish your day with a beautiful sunset over the glistening Mediterranean sea.

8 apartments are available for let - ideal for group bookings.
There is a supplement of £1 per person per day if booking more than 4 persons.
We require a 25% deposit, and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
A booking form will be sent to you with payment details.

Baby equipment for hire @ £2 per day per item.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrive:midday, Dep: 2pm.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible for all of your hioliday, therefore we will endeavor to allow you in your apartment for arrival until departure times unless bookings overlap at no extra cost.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A clothes dryer with pegs is on your terrace/balcony for your own convenience. The owners do not wish to disturb guests with a maid service but bedlinen and towels can be left out for cleaning weekly or at the end of your stay. |

The apartment has a table and 4 chairs on the terrace/balcony.
The 9m x 5m pool is 1m deep graduating to 1.6m at the deep end, children must be supervised.
Sunloungers surround the pool for relaxing and sunbathing, and there is a traditional brick BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is within a 10 minute drive.
Paphos Municipal beach in the other direction is also about 10 minutes drive.
Golf
Aphrodite hills, Tsada, and Secret Valley golf courses are all up to about 30 minutes drive away.
Set of golf clubs for hire for small fee.
Skiing
Seasonal Winter skiing in the Troodos mountains.
Travel
Paphos Airport is approx 40 minutes drive away.
Larnaca is approx 2 hours drive.
Distances
Walk to the village centre in 10 minutes where you will find local supermarkets and taverns.
See the picturesque village square with the beautiful church.
Emba is surrounded by other villages, but still near main tourist attractions.
Further details
There is a large main supermarket a few minutes drive away, also a bank.
More restaurants, shops, the market, sea, and harbour are all a short car journey. Much to see and do within 10 minutes drive away.
There are many places of archeological, historical and cultural interest to explore.

25% deposit, balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
An extra £50 per week will be charged for more than 2 persons, except July and August when the cost remains the same. For more than 4 persons, a supplement of £1 per person per day is charged.
