Changeover day
Preferred Wednesday but can be flexible if possible. Arrival after 3pm and we would like the property back by 11am on day of departure (unless by prior arrangement) for cleaning purposes and linen change.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users. Villa accommodation is on 3 floors. Also 4 steps into property after entering the gate to front door and from car port side.

Grassed garden area with rockery garden. Marble pathway surrounding the private 10m x 5m sea facing swimming pool with under-water lighting. Also provided a pool-side shower which guests are requested to use before entering the pool.
Sea facing bedrooms 1 & 2 on first floor open onto a full length balcony overlooking pool area and which includes a table with 4 chairs and umbrella.
Garden furniture table/umbrella and 8 chairs with cushions.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay sandy beach is within 15 minutes walking distance where you can enjoy all the usual beach and sea activities.
Golf
Aphrodite Hills golf course, the largest on the island with a 3 hole golf academy and clubhouse. Additional facilities include a Tennis Academy with 12 courts and a Health and Fitness Centre - 20 minutes by car.
Skiing
Skiing is available at Troodos mountains in the winter season distance approximately 1 hour by car.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is 25km away.
Car hire is not essential.
Very good regular local bus service to Paphos harbour and town approximately 15 minutes away.

Booking notes
Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday, however, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to accommodate. To secure a booking we would ask for 25% deposit and the balance 4/6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable £200 deposit is requested with initial deposit for damages/breakages.
