An attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor hall leading to the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms having access to the front balcony where there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy the stunning sea views and sunsets. Downstairs there is a large spacious open plan kitchen and dining area that will comfortably seat 6. The dining area opens on to the garden and pool. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and dishwasher. The Living area is tastefully furnished and has satellite television and a DVD/CD player for you to enjoy along with a selection of books. Fully air conditioned throughout.

Changeover day
Flexible. However, we do ask you to vacate by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating which is included in the price. The garden area has a grassed area for children to play on. A cot and highchair can be provided at no charge. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for you. We have 2 other luxury villas nearby which are ideal for booking together for larger parties and group bookings.
Outside
The main feature of the garden is the large swimming pool around which there are sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. The pool has been set in a beautiful garden which has been thoughtfully designed. There is a large patio area with a large table and seating. A charcoal barbecue is also provided for outdoor eating. The upstairs balcony is a must at the end of a day for enjoying a glass of wine and losing yourself in the stunning sunsets and sea views.
There is a parking space on the drive at the side of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The renowned sandy blue flag beach at Coral Bay is a short 3 minutes drive away (or a 15 minute walk) with its safe waters, restaurants, volleyball courts and changing facilities. North along the Akamas Peninsula is the beautiful and remote Lara Bay which is one of the best beaches on the island and famed for its turtle hatchery. One of the few places in the Mediterranean where they can still be found.
Golf
There are 3 excellent 18 hole golf courses. Tsada Golf course is 30 minutes drive away from Paphos in an elevated position with sea views. The Secret Valley golf course is approximately 18km east of Paphos (about 35 minutes from the villa). The newer Aphrodite golf course is also 40 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Paphos airport, 30/40 minute drive.
Larnaca airport, 2 hours drive.
Distances
Coral Bay village is only a 3 minute drive and offers everything you need with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks and general holiday resort facilities. Paphos town and harbour is 20 minutes drive away with lots of restaurants and bars. There is a regular bus service running to Paphos from the village.
