The villa is located on a small private, gated complex close to the famous Cape Kiti lighthouse, restaurant, bar and beaches. It offers the ideal holiday either relaxing by the pool or as a base from which to explore the history and landscape of this historic island. 2 mins from the beach on the outskirts of the traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, renowned for its friendly locals and excellent restaurants and tavernas. Pick up and drop off available from airport on request, check in with housekeeper available, local car rental available.

Bookings are available for any number of nights (e.g. 10). This would be charged at the price of the week plus 3 nights on a pro-rata basis.
Changeover day
Check-in on arrival day normally after 4pm. Check-out on departure day normally 10am but we can be flexible depending on arrival time of following guests

| Living Rooms: | The bright, open plan living area has leather sofa, chairs, TV and DVD. This leads onto a dining area with 2 double French doors leading to the pool and patio area. |

Towels and linen are included in the price. The property will be cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have a dual air conditioning/heating system. Blackout blinds are fitted in all the bedrooms. Cot, highchair and pushchair can be hired for a small additional charge.

This is a private gated community of just 25 executive villas.
Coast/Beach
The nearest unspoilt white-stony beach is 2 mins walk from the villa. A sandy beach (pictured) with seasonal watersports, sunbeds, beach bar etc. is a little further (about 5 mins around lighthouse). Larnaca has expansive flat sandy beaches 15 minutes away by car, taxi or there is a local bus which stops regularly outside Blue Serenity.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca, just a 10 mins drive from Blue Serenity. Car hire is not necessary if you are planning to relax locally but if you wish see more of the island then car hire is recommended. We can arrange for our managing agent to meet you at the airport and she can arrange car hire on a daily basis from a local company in Pervolia. Alternatively car hire can be arranged at the airport.

The nearest mini-market shop is a 1 minute walk from the villa.
The centre of Pervolia with its tavernas and shops is 1 km away.
A wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants is available 7 miles away in Larnaca.

Booking notes
A provisional booking may be made by email or telephone. This will be held for 7 days to allow receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit to be made by cheque or BACS. The balance payment is to be made by cheque or BACS a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £150 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 3 weeks of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages.
