Built in the 1970s,this house has innovative architecture. It is adjacent to old town and overlooks the Franciscan monastery beside a small beach. With garage and parking, it is entered via steps which help to give it privacy. The hall leads onto 3 bedrooms [1 single and 2 twin, 1 of which is en-suite, the others sharing a bathroom]. The bottom patio provides a secure play area for children. On the second floor there is a large living room, well equipped kitchen and dining area leading to a patio dining area with a sea view. Off the landing is a loo and then a large double bedroom/en-suite with a big bath. The top floor has two double bedrooms and between a bathroom. Up some further steps is the top patio with commanding views of the sea, islands, hills and town. This is very much a family/big party house newly renovated. Terms are 30% on booking and 70% at least 21 clear days before the first night of occupancy. The max capacity is 12 + cot. Use of boat. Prices shown are for 12
