The cottages are the ideal choice to get away from it all, in a tranquil location, amidst the Istrian countryside, whilst being close enough to Porec and Rovinj to enjoy a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities. The cottages share a private pool and can be rented together or separately.

Kitchen: Four ring hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and leads onto the terrace overlooking the pool. |

Notes on accommodation
Sole use of the pool can be arranged, please ask the owner. This does not apply to bookings in July/August/September.
A highchair, travel cot and baby monitor are available.
Iron and ironing board provided.
Maid service is once a week.
The cottages are cleaned and new linen and towels are provided.
Please supply your own pool towels.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am.
Private parking.
Outside
Landscaped gardens with a private pool (6m x 3m) which is shared between the 2 cottages. There are plenty of inflatables for use in the swimming pool. There is a large terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, BBQs and outside lighting.
Coast/Beach
5km to the scenic Limski Kanal, a turquoise fjord, renowned for its superb seafood restaurants.
12 km to Vsar marina.
17 km to coastal resort of Porec. (Ferry service to Venice).
20km to the coastal Venetian town of Rovinj.
30 km to the Brijuni National Park.

The cottages are 30 mins from Pula and 90 mins from Trieste.
Distances
Nearest village of Sveti Lovrec (3km) for basic groceries, post office, bar and cafe. Medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan are within a short drive (30 minutes) as is Pula, home to the 6th largest amphitheatre in the world.
A full range of sporting and leisure facilities are within easy reach.
Further details
There are open air farmers markets in Porec and Rovinj. Fresh fruit, vegetables, olive oil, honey and much more are available at these markets. Hiking and walking trails are nearby. The cottages are on the cycle route which flows through Istria. Bikes can be hired in Porec. There are boat trips available from Porec which goes along the coast or over to Venice.
Booking notes
A non refundable 30% deposit of the total rental booking. The balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking to be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents.
You should arrange your own cancellation insurance.
