There is an absolute harmony between the compact brown-beige welter of palaces, shambling streets of beautifully preserved Venetian influenced medieval towns, and the exuberance of shouting market stall owners, travelers on the move, waterfront restaurants with a smell of fresh local fish from the grill, small cafes at every corner, night clubs and avenues of the palm trees and olive plantations. The house is at the end of a tiny neighborhood, and all four apartments are in mint condition. Awaking to the sun rise and sounds of birds’ chirping only, our guests will enjoy the morning coffee with an astonishing view from the balcony, or from the quite patios in the colorful garden.

Notes on accommodation
All the apartments are bright, spacious, tiled, furnished with care, equiped to the very high standards, and are in immaculate condition, yet children friendly.
In addition to the curtons, all the windows and french doors have shutters.
Very hospitable and dscrete landlords live next door, and are here to welcome the guests and help them to find their whereabouts. However, we welcome all the guests who would like to rent the house as whole.
Use of the washing machine per request.
Outside
With no traffic at all, the out of the way patios are surrounded by rose bushes, flower beds, lemon and pomegranate trees “with the touch of the sea salt”, and are perfect place for the outdoor dining and children’s play. The 60 m2 balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee 'with a view', or the sunset behind the horizon reflected in a glass of wine after the long day at the beach. The built-in, stone BBQ is at our guests' convenience, and we’ll be happy to share with you our organically grown salads and vegetables to complete your meal.
Coast/Beach
The area is a feast for sore eyes. Numerous berths are at the disposal for boaters who want to avoid unfavorable winds of high seas. The water-sports lovers will find a huge joy in fishing, scuba diving, or sailing.
The very intimate pebble beach is only 80 m down from the house.
Travel
International Airport Split is located 15 km east. The buses operate regularly, and the bus stops are around 150 m away from the house. The ferries operate regularly from the Split port to and from our numerous gourgeous islnads, and would cerry the cars, bikes etc. Please refer to our website (see link at the bottom of the page) for detailed map and directions to the house.
Distances
Split, one of the Adriatic’s most vibrant cities is 35km East. An absolutely seductive, historic town of Trogir protected by UNESCO is only 8 km away. You can visit an enchanting, faultless Primosten driving 15km to the West, or climb the steep tangle of alleys in the ancient centre of Sibenik (32km).
Further details
The grocery store is only a few steps away and will satisfy all the basic needs. The pharmacy, doctor's and dentist's office, the exchange office, bakery, butchery and a food market are all located in the scenic town of Marina, just 4 km west from the house.
