Our modern comfortable holiday home Villa Bianca provides an excellent standard of accommodation to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. It has 3 double bedrooms plus an optional bed/sitting room, open plan kitchen, living and dining area. (We regret no smoking or pets allowed). Just 100 metres away there is the clearest warm water anywhere in the Adriatic, for swimming, sailing, diving and fishing. Local supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away along the shoreline. Rogoznica is in central Dalmatia on the coast between Split and Sibenik. Approximately 1 mile from the house there is one of the best marinas on the Croatian coast. Marina Frapa is open to the public and provides all sailing requirements plus a leisure complex with restaurants, bars, shops, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, squash, and other facilities at a reasonable cost.

Notes on prices
A £100 discount for parties of 4 or less is available for all months except July and August.
Prices shown are for parties of up to 6 people using 3 bedrooms. A supplement of £25 a week is charged for use of the optional bed/sitting room as a 4th bedroom to cover additional laundry costs.
A payment of 10% of the rental is required when booking is made.
Changeover day
Saturday is the normal changeover day. Special arrangements may be made outside the high-season for shorter periods and to take advantage of cheap flight offers.

Travel
Split Airport is 35 minutes drive away. Zadar Airport is 70 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended but not essential as most amenities are within easy walking distance.
Distances
There are sightseeing opportunities by car to beautiful old island towns such as: Primosten - 10 minutes away, Trogir - 20 minutes away.
From Split Port - 40 minutes away you can catch a ferry to visit many nearby islands.
The Krka National Park - 40 minutes away is a must. One could easily spend a day wandering around the stunning walks or picnic by a waterfall.
During the high-season boats run from Rogoznica to the Kornati Achipelago National Park.

Rogoznica has many good restaurants and bars within 10-15 minutes walk along the shoreline from the house. Approx 25 minutes walk from the house there is one of the best marinas on the Croatian coast. Marina Frapa is open to the public and provides not only the essentials for the sailor, but also a leisure complex with restaurants, bars, shops, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, squash, a night club and other facilities at a reasonable cost. The Aerora nightclub (probably the best in Dalmatia) is approx. 10 minutes drive away.

About the owner
We are 2 families living in Suffolk UK who jointly own the property. We fell in love with Croatia and purchased our property 5 years ago. We try to make our guests as comfortable as possible and have a local Croatian housekeeper who will welcome you and assist where necessary. Our objective is for you to enjoy the Croatian experience as much as we have.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Having viewed almost 50 properties all over Croatia we chose the one in Rogoznica for its location 100 metres from the Adriatic. Rogoznica also provides easy access to 2 airports (Split and Zadar) and 3 National Parks (Krka, Kornati and Paklenica) as well as some lovely seaside towns (Rogoznica Village. Primosten, Trogir, Split, Zadar and Sibenik). The location is popular with local families and therefore provides a real Croatian experience.
