Notes on accommodation
This wonderful villa may be rented as separate apartments or may be taken as a whole, sleeping 2/16. Relax and enjoy the garden area, dine under the vine and amongst the fig and lemon trees and let someone else do the BBQ!
This property, as with all in Croatia, has an external staircase. The glorious climate in Croatia lends itself to alfresco dining and all benefit from having balconies.
Outside
Lovely sunny garden area to loll around in with attractive stone paving, BBQ. Try out the fun outdoor double solar powered shower unit to hose off after enjoying the crystal clear and cleanest water in the Adriatic.
Parking on the roadside outside the property, in the intersts of safety for children who may be staying at the villa and so that we may all enjoy the garden to its fullest. Thank you.
Coast/Beach
50m to the beach, an attractive secluded bay with shallow waters idea for children. Note in Croatia, the term beach refers to shingle / pebble or bathing platforms - there are no beaches of sand save a handful on the difficult to access, actual islands. Diving school about 3 min walk, as are tennis courts. Exclusive Marina Frapa - which attracts world class yachts and the film stars.

Travel
Split airport only about 25km. Approx 25 minute drive away. Car is essential in this area, explore the wonderful coats line and secret bays and coves or take an island trip in this paradise country.
Distances
150m to the old town of Rogoznica -with its promenade of restaurants, cafes and bars to watch the world go by in as you sip some of the surprisingly excellent local wines.
Wonderful sunsets, boats and fishing vessels clink side by side. The towns of Trogir and Primosten are about 20 min drive, big tourist attractions - but go early in the day or evening as parking is a nightmare!

Booking notes
At time of booking non refundable booking deposit is required of £100 to secure dates. Full amount is due to us no later than 2 months before arrival date, along with a security deposit against breakages, damages, key loss etc. Depending on apartment taken this varies from £ 100-200, a larger deposit is required if the entire villa is taken by 1 group, for more info pls ask. Payment Mastercard,Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro Switch. Sometimes overseas cards can’t be processed. Credit card charge 3%.
