This fabulous stone house is south-facing with panoramic views from all 4 bedroooms, 3 outdoor terraces and balcony. It was built in the 18th century by a local sea captain and is very spacious (200sqm of internal sapce). Just 3 minutes walk from the sea, this is an ideal location for secluded relaxation, water-sports and other outdoor activities. Medieval Korcula is just across the straits while beautiful Ston and Dubrovnik are easy day trips.

| Bathrooms: | 5 bath/shower rooms (4 of them en-suite). All bathrooms are decorated with contemporary ceramic tiles, and are equipped with large cotton towels. |
| Kitchen: | Large modern kitchen, fully equipped for cooking for 10 people with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Large utility room with washing machine & laundry airer. |
| Living Rooms: | A spacious open-plan room with sitting area containing 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, a traditional fireplace and a DVD/CD player with surround sound and iPod input. The dining area has a large wooden dining table and 10 chairs. |
| Other: | Large French doors open from the sitting room to the terrace and there is a stone walk-through from the dining area to the kitchen. |

All bed linen (Egyptian cotton throughout) and towels are included in the price as is a full cleaning and linen service at the end of your holiday. More frequent cleaning services can be arranged at the time of your booking. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have both heating and air-conditioning. The accommodation is suitable for children with a cot and high chair provided for infants. Satellite television is provided to allow you to receive CNN, SkyNews, a couple of children's channels and a couple of sports channels.

Accessibility
The villa is located in a small hamlet of about 12 houses built during the 18th century and connected by old stone streets, many of which contain steps. The villa is accessed via a 100m walk from the road up a stone street. As such, this property is probably not suitable for wheelchair access, and may not be suitable for persons with other kinds of mobility (e.g. knee and/or hip) problems
Outside
There are 3 interlinked terraces and a stone balcony on the top floor. There are stunning panoramic views from each. A pool is being built for the 2008 season.
Coast/Beach
3 minute walk to the beach. Numerous water sports (wind surfing, kite-surfing, scuba diving, sailing) available all within a 10 minute drive.
Travel
Dubvovnik Airport is a 2 hour drive. Car hire is available at the airport, or a taxi costs approximately £100 return.
Distances
Local village (Viganj) with mini-market, bars and restaurants is a few minutes walk. Local town (Orebic) with markets, supermarkets, banks, and ferry-port to Korcula is 8km (10 mins drive).
