It is set away from the road and there are large lawned areas for children to play within the walled garden. There are 200 square meters of sunny patios and a large pool with solar cover. The property is equipped to a high standard. This includes air conditioning, central heating and a large open fireplace. Additionally there are 19KW of electricity instead of the standard 6KW. Making the property ideal for luxurious holidays all year round. There is off road parking for 2 cars. There are terraces on the ground and 1st floors with sea views. The villa is set in the hamlet of Mofardini providing a tranquil setting for your holiday while being only a short drive from several coastal resorts including Porec and Rovinj.

Easyjet fly to Ryeka (Croatia) from Luton: 1 hour drive to villa
Ryanair fly to Trieste in Italy which is 1.5 hours drive away Alternatively you can fly to Venice (3 hours drive)
Distances
Nearest village of Sveti Lovrec (3km) for basic groceries, post office, bar and cafe. Nearest restaurant is walking distance from the Villa where you can have a variety of traditional Istrian dishes. Porec (15km)is a historical town set by the Adriatic which is rich in culture with many events organised throughout the year.
