Villa Grace is a beautiful traditional old stone house located in the charming hamlet of Ruskovice. Just 15 mins walk to the seafront of Orebic town. This former sea captains house features a wealth of charm and boasts superb sea and mountain views. Nestling below the impressive Mt.Ilija, the unique location affords peace, great hiking from the doorstep and convenient access to the beach, Islands, and a wide variety of bars, cafe's and restaurants. The Island of Korcula is a short boat trip from Orebic Marina!

Changeover days are usually Saturdays, but please check with us if this is not convenient as it is possible to change to suit.

| Bathrooms: | All of the bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. The larger bathroom on the ground floor features a bath with overhead shower and the 2 en-suites have showers. There is also a seperate top floor shower room. Towels are provided. |
| Kitchen: | The ground floor kitchen is well equipped and spacious. There is a fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave. A dining table overlooks the terrace. The villa has mains water and also boasts spring water piped directly to the kitchen! |
| Utility Room: | There is no utility room, but there is a washer supplied and is located in the bathroom. |
| Living Rooms: | The impressive lounge features Satellite TV and DVD, 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa. The small private courtyard is accessed from here. There is also another sofa bed located in the hallway. |
| Other: | There is a covered BBQ area which accessed via the private courtyard at the rear of the villa. The front of the villa features a raised terrace area. |

Outside
To the front of the villa is a raised terrace area including table and chairs, which ideal for alfresco dining. The rear covered BBQ area offers outside cooking. Sun loungers are also provided. There is also parking space for Villa Grace
Coast/Beach
The walk to the beach and Orebic town is approx 700m (15 mins). There is a long sandy beach, Trstenica and other smaller pebbley beaches along the seafront.
Special interest holidays
Wine tours available around nearby Peljesac wineries and vineyards. Ask Meet and Greet for directions to the exclusive wine tasting lounge, new for 2010! Other special interest holidays include mountain biking, hiking, walking, windsurfing, boating, yachting, swimming, historical site excursions, fishing, bird and nature watching. The 3-4 hour walk to the top of Mount Illijah (961m) offers wonderful views across both sides of the Peninsula and nearby Korcula Island, the treck starts a few minutes walk from the villa!
Travel
Dubrovnik airport is a two-hour drive from Villa Grace and Split airport is a three to four-hour drive. To make the most of your trip we recommend you hire a car. All of the main car-hire companies have desks at Dubrovnik and Split airports. We provide driving directions upon booking. Ferries and catamarans sail to Korcula Island from Dubrovnik, Hvar, Split, Brac etc. with links to Orebic (5 mins drive to villa).
Distances
Orebic town is on your doorstep. Historic Ston is approx 1 hour drive away and the pretty villages of Loviste, Viganj and Kuciste are just a short drive away. The Island of Korcula is a 10 min boat ride away from Orebic Marina.
Further details
Orebic offers a variety of shops etc inc supermarkets, banks, fruit markets, pharmacy, bars, cafe's, restaurants and art galleries. The unique location of Orebic at the end of the Peninsula allows easy access to the rest of Dalmatia and its Islands on a daytrip basis. Recommended trips include: Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Korcula, Mljet, Ston, and Mostar. Diving, windsurfing and boat hire are located nearby.
