Welcome to Villa Klara, a superbly restored 250-year old stone house enjoying breathtaking views of Korcula and the Adriatic from the spacious living area and adjoining balcony. At the foot of Mt. Illijah and only a few-minutes walk to the crystal clear sea, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Food and wine are unrivalled and service an excellent variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. You will be ideally situated to enjoy a diverse range of tourist attractions and adventure activities including island hopping. Viganj is especially famous for all of its water sports and for hosting the annual Croatian windsurfing championships not to mention the world and European championships in recent years.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom comprises a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also sleeps two with a double bed. Bedroom three offers a large single bed and bunk bed, sleeping 3 persons. There is additional space available for larger groups. |
| Bathrooms: | There are two shower rooms (one en-suite) both fully tiled and equipped with porcelain bathroom suits and cotton towels. |
| Kitchen: | The contemporary, spacious kitchen and dining area is presented with modern appliances and opens out onto the front patio. |
| Utility Room: | A useful store room is accessed from the kitchen/dining room. |
| Living Rooms: | The entire top floor (including balcony) is a dedicated living area for your comfort and enjoyment! This light and airy space benefits from magnificent sea, mountain and island views. Includes two large sofas, TV, dining area and adjoining balcony. |
| Other: | The house is arranged over three floors joined by a single spiral staircase. The traditional stone house sits in rustic rural surroundings and is part of a 250 year old hamlet. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen and towels are included, except for beach towels. The house is cleaned and a welcome hamper provided on arrival. |

Accessibility
The house sits in rustic surroundings and is accessed via a rather steep gravel track. Furthermore, the house itself has a relatively steep spiral staircase and for these reasons it may be considered unsuitable accomodation for very young children, disabled or elderly persons.

Enjoy spectacular views and relax in the sunshine on the balcony or patio terrace.
Coast/Beach
Just a few minutes stroll to the sea shore and beach. There are many other secluded coves and beautiful beaches within easy reach by car, passenger ferry or water taxi.
Travel
The most convenient journey is via Dubrovnik airport with a scenic 2 hour transfer by car. It is also possible to reach Viganj from the UK via a combination of flight, ferry or coach.
Distances
Viganj is a short drive away from the town of Orebic and many other pretty coastal villages. The historic island of Korcula is only 20 minutes away by passenger ferry from which you can arrange day trips to other islands including Hvar and Mljet.

Local activities include windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, water-skiing, swimming, shallow-water and deep-sea fishing, sailing, motor boating, scuba diving, snorkelling, mountain climbing, rambling, mountain biking, tennis, beach activities – plenty to keep you entertained during your stay!
Orebic, 10 minute drive away or Korcula, 20 minutes by ferry are the main towns for banks, markets and shopping.

The owners of Villa Klara require 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
