The house is situated in a very peaceful location in the village of Radici surrounded by open countryside, with its own private pool, built and furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor is fully tiled and bedrooms having solid wooden flooring, all 3 bathrooms are fully tiled.

Other: Terrace directly from the lounge and kitchen for outdoor dining and a separate BBQ area also for outdoor dining. All within a walled garden.

Towels and linen change included. Property is cleaned once a week together with weekly linen change. Please supply your own pool towels.

Notes on accommodation
There is central heating and a large Istrian fireplace for cosy out of season stays weather can be very good November/December, April/May. Private parking for 2 cars.

Landscaped garden surround the villa within stone walls and wrought iron gates. Rectangular private pool with steps into a shallow end for children (approx 8m x 4m). Private parking for 2 cars all surrounded by countryside.

Coast/Beach
15km from the house takes you to the very attractive coast line and restaurants of Porec (boat trip to Venice daily). Also a short drive from the house you have Motovun, one of Istrias most celebrated medieval hill top towns, Pula's amphitheatre for live concerts, Rovij historical town.

Driving range at Motovun.

Travel
Car hire is essential. Pula airport (40 mins) Thompson fly from Manchester and Gatwick every Tuesday, May - October. Triest airport (1½ hour) with Ryanair every day. Ljubljana airport (1½ hour) with Easyjet every day. Ryanair and Easyjet also go to Venice and there is a daily boat to Porec. Croatia and Ryanair airlines also go to Pula check internet for availability.

Distances
Nearest village of Sveti Lovrec (4km) for basic groceries, post office, bar and cafe. Within easy reach of the house you will find beaches, sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, cycling, and nice country walks directly from the house.

Non refundable 30% deposit of the total rental booking. The balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. You should arrange your own cancellation insurance.
