The house is located in the centre of the medieval town of Omis, near the tower called Torjun. It was created by consolidating two residential houses, one leaning on the medieval defensive wall and the other placed towards the wall forming that way an intimate courtyard. The houses are characterized by harmonious Baroque carved details and some of the best features are the main portal and a beautiful console stone staircase with balcony in the courtyard. The house was completely renovated in 2010. Sitting under an ancient defensive wall and the possibility of walking the defensive wall, which can be accessed from the apartment on the second floor, represents a special attraction. Due to its own backyard the villa provides peace, yet when stepping from the Baroque set you find yourself near a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. You will be even more delighted when you realize how close the villa is to the sea and a long public beach. The villa can be rented as a whole too.

Towels and linen are included. Paid cleaning frequency: initial and final cleaning. Towel change frequency daily. Linen change frequency every three days. Dishwasher (apartment on the 2nd floor), washing machine (apartment on the 2nd floor), coffee bar on the ground floor (we give each guest each day one cup of coffee for free!)

How to reach Omis on Split Riviera - The nearest international airport - Split airport (Resnik). Split airport is about 50km distant from Omis. From Split to Omis take the E65 Adriatic Highway south (direction Omis/Dubrovnik) for about 25km. The villa is located in the old part of Omis in the town centre. Use of car recommended.

Here, the vast range of the mountains plunges right down to the crystal sea. Cool forests are not far from coves bathed in sunlight. Pretty fishing villages nestle by ancient olive groves and vineyards, and the River Cetina canyon dominates the heights of the Omis, from where there is a wonderful view towards the central Dalmatian archipelago, Brac Island, Hvar Island, Solta and Vis.
