Sitting above the village of Viganj at the tip of the Peljesac Peninsular, the breathtaking views from the large terrace take in the length of the island of Korcula and its vineyards, and the beauty of the Medieval Citadel of Korcula Town across the sparkling crystal clear waters of the Adriatic – and this with the sea just 400 meters from the terrace steps.

| Bedrooms: | The second floor comprises of bedrooms one and two with king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower. The third floor has bedrooms three and four both with king sized beds and bedroom five has bunk beds. All bedrooms feature wooden floors. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are equipped with contemporary tiling, porcelain bathroom suites and large cotton towels. In addition to the ensuites on the first floor and the bathroom on the third, there is a downstairs WC. |
| Kitchen: | The first floor includes a superb modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, large split fridge, 90cm oven and 6 ring gas hob. |
| Utility Room: | A storeroom is accessed off the terrace with a washing machine and sink, and room for water sports equipment etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The villa has a large living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, Stereo with Ipod connector and Satellite TV, contemporary leather sofas and dining table to seat 10. |
| Other: | Both the kitchen and the living rooms have cool stone floors and open via double doors to a magnificent terrace with large stone table, hammock, barbeque and views that are simply out of this world. |

All bed linen and towels are included in the price as is a full cleaning and linen service every seven days of your stay. A more frequent service can be arranged at the time of your booking. |

Outside
The villa has a large inground swimming pool and entertainment area complete with Boule pitch and amazing views of Korcula.
Coast/Beach
The sea is just 400 meters from the steps of Villa Vista.
Travel
Flights from the UK go to Dubrovnik [2 hours 20 in duration] with the transfer to the villa being sub 2 hours. Car hire from Dubrovnik airport is advisable however a taxi service is available at the cost of £100 return for 3-4 people depending on luggage. It is also possible to rent cars in nearby Orebic for 30 Euros per day.
Ferries travel regularly from Dubrovnik to nearby Korcula. Expect this journey to take approximately 2.5 hours.
Distances
A local ferry runs to Korcula from a jetty a short walk from the Villa where further ferries can be caught to the island national park of Miljet and the unmissable city of Dubrovnik.
Viganj and its neighbouring villages of Ponte, Kuciste and Loviciste offer a range of restaurants and bars that provide a welcome break from the heat of day and a place of real beauty for evening drinks and dinner. All serve a range of local produce and fish caught on the day, together with excellent local wine.

Orebic, 4 kms away, is the main town for shopping, markets, banks etc...
Viganj has a number of windsurfing and kite boarding schools and plays host to an international windsurf and kite board competition each August. Other sporting activities include water skiing and wake boarding, scuba diving, sailing – small and blue water yachts, Para sending, tennis, hiking and mountain biking.

The owners of Villa Vista require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance 4 weeks before the date booked.
