Peaceful location. 10 minutes drive to beach. The house consists in four bedrooms, 2 gallery bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens each with its living room and beautiful terrace with views on the Brioni islands. Capacity of sleeping places is adjusted for two extra persons (children) that can sleep in each of the living rooms (sofa in the drawing). The pool is 32m2. Additionaly on the ground floor there are 2 barbecue places, one inside and one outside.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover days are on Saturdays during July and August. Other months the changeover is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes. Main apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two singles. |
| Bathrooms: | Each bathroom is equipped with its own washing machine, shower and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Each of the three kitchens is equipped with all necessary equipment, which are common to every household. Dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, fridge etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Each living room has its sofa, TV and mini stereo. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
House is cleaned once a week. Bed linen, bath and T-towels are provided and changed weekly. |

Outside
Landscaped garden surround the villa within stone walls and wrought iron gates. Private parking for 5 cars. 14 sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5km in Fazana. In addition the Brioni National Park is only 10km / approx 6km by ferry which drives daily from the port of Fazana.
Golf
Golf courses are located on the Brijuni National Park which is only 5 minutes away by car and 5 minutes away by boat.
Travel
The nearest airport is Pula 20 minutes drive. Trieste airport in Italy (Ryanair) is 90 minutes drive and Rijeka (Croatia) is around 70 minutes drive away. From Porec, a catamaran to Venice takes approximately 2.5 hours. Car hire is essential to explore the spectacular scenery inland as well as along the Adriatic coast.

To Porec 30km. To Rovinj 15km. To Pula 10km (old Roman town with the amphitheatre and a lot of monuments, museums)
To the Brijuni National Park 10km.
Further details
500m from the house there is a shopping mall, bank, post office, restaurant, pizzeria and bar. On the coast (5km away) there are plenty tourist boats which can take you sightseeing around and on the Brioni islands.
Booking notes
30% deposit upon reservation is required, the rest is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Deposit is not refundable. Reservation will be closed when the deposit is paid. Bail is 200 euros to be paid upon arrival and serves to repair any bigger damage occurred while staying in the house. Bail is returned upon departure if everything is ok. Credit card payments are not possible.
