Built in 2009. Small private development in an elevated location above the village. Only 3 of the 6 apartments are available to let, guaranteeing a 'relaxed, non commercial' environment. It's a large 84sq metre apartment & is finished to a high standard. To the front there is a large terraced area with pool which offers superb views over the bay & surrounding islands.

Accessibility
Apologies but I would not recommend this apartment for people with mobility problems. It enjoys good views because it's at the top of the village, if you intend to walk everywhere you will need a moderate level of health. On foot, the beach is 10 minutes, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within 5.
Outside
Olive/Orange tree gardens surround the terraced pool area, which is solely for the use of the the 6 apartments in the building. A parking space is included.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful historical UNESCO cities of Trogir (3km) & Split (20km) are reachable by water taxi during the summer months. Marina, Rogoznica, Primosten & the Krka National Park area are all within an hours drive. From Split you can take a ferry to Hvar, Brac and many more idyllic islands.
Golf
Stobrec Golf course is 25km away.
Special interest holidays
Tennis, water sports, boat rental & scuba diving are available locally. Numerous coastal walks nearby. A multitude of Off & On road cycling opportunities await the adventurous cyclist!
Travel
Split airport is only 6km away. Affordable flights are available from the UK (Check out Jet2, Easyjet, Ryan Air, Thomsons & Croatian Airlines).

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of 100 euros is payable localy. Sterling and Euro payment accepted.

We can't thank you enough for providing such a stylish and luxurious apartment for our intro to Croatia! You have prepared the apartment fantastically and it was so exciting to open cupboards and find everything new and attractive and of such super quality - and you have anticipated every need with all the new kitchen implements, etc. Lovely taste/style - it made the holiday so much better that we wanted to be in your apartment all the time. In fact we had 8 nights there and ate in on 6 of them! Sitting eating fresh fish with gallons of Rosé watching the sunsets and the ferries and yachts was completely perfect. Thank you so much.
