The apartment is built within a block of 8 other apartments on a brand new estate. It is very close to the local shops, post office, restaurants and the bus stop. This beautiful apartment is situated on the Istrian Riviera in the village of Liznjan. Liznjan is located 12 kilometers from the main airport Pula and 2 kilometers from the larger village of Medulin. Medulin is famous for it's camping sites and it's coast. It is also a place with plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. If you are looking for a quiet place, away from crowded tourist centres, but not to far away from the entertainment Liznjan is the right place for you. With it's crystal - clean waters, rocky beaches, biking trails and local restaurants it makes a perfect holiday place.

| Living Rooms: | The living room houses dining table seating 4. There is a 19 inch TV including DVD player. There is a large sofa that double into a comfortable double sofa bed. |

The apartment will always be ready for you on arrival. Towels (excluding beach towels) and linen are provided. Also pillows and extra blankets are all provided. Cleaning can be arranged as often as you would like for a small charge. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning and also central heating. The apartment and the area are all very suitable for children.
Accessibility
Apartment is on the second floor so unfortunately it would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Apartment has two balconies with table and chairs both overlooking the sea views and facing the early morning and early afternoon sun. The apartment also comes with a car park space that's just to the right of the main entrance of the building.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 7 minutes by car to the lovely sandy beach in Medulin.

Golf Cours is due to open.

Cultural and sightseeing holidays. Family holidays. Relaxing holidays. Romantic holidays and walking holidays. Great Pula Film festival takes place in the Pula amphitheatre every year in July.
Travel
Main airport Pula is 12 kilometers from the apartment. Trieste airport could also be considered and it is about 120 kilometers from Pula. Car is recommended but not essential. If you require taxi service to take you to the apartment upon your arrival I can arrange this for you. The taxi service I use will also provide 20% discount on any further fares during your stay if you wish to use it.
Distances
Apartment is 2 kilometers from the large village of Medulin. Medulin is a place with selection of bars and restaurants for all tastes and ages. Shops, supermarkets and lovely sandy beach are all there.
Further details
Istria is a small region with plenty of hidden treasures. It's got beautiful beaches, friendly people, lovely food and most importantly thanks to its mild climate Istria attracts and offers a pleasant stay all year around. Great Pula Film festival takes place in the Pula amphitheatre every year in July.
Booking notes
Please ring or email for more information. €100 or €104 if paying by PayPal non refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking. Balance is then due 8 weeks before departure together with the €100 security deposit.
Once full payment has been received no partial refund can be offered should you wish to cancel within 8 weeks.

We had a wonderful holiday in Liznjan. The apartment was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a relaxing time with many sunny days by the sea down the road and also in Medulin. Trips to Pula and Rovinj were easy to organise even without a car. The countryside and coast were stunning. Please say thanks to your Mum for greeting us at the apartment and for leaving us the flowers. Once again thanks for our stay and the smooth organisation of the renting of your apartment. My name is Mariza and I am originally from Croatia, Pula
which is the largest town on the Istrian peninsula. I left Pula when I was 20 years old to travel the world and decided to stay in the UK and learn English. 12 years on I am still here and now work as a Business Travel Consultant. I loved growing up in Pula. With the lovely beaches and beautiful weather how could I not. Pula is a town rich in culture with many monuments dating back from Roman times the showpiece of which must be the famous amphitheatre. I love the relaxing lifestyle back home. I enjoy going for coffee and taking walks with my friends.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I love this area as it is very peaceful. I also love the beautiful sea views from my balconies and having the beach so close.
Unique benefits of the property
The area has all the things you need. Supermarket, news agency, post office and local restaurants are all there. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes up the road so it is very accessible and although the car is recommended it is not essential. You can benefit from a good night sleep and very relaxing family or romantic holiday. Main town of Pula is only 10 to 15 minutes by car.
