All bedrooms have an air-conditioning. It's possible to order daily a fresh bread, croissants, breakfast cakes and pastries from the bakery close to the house.

Nice swimming pool 12x3m in natural stone tiles, with owerflowing cascade into the jacuzzi small pool, is in the front of the house, faced by a 50sqm covered terrace with barbecue. Terrace is paved by stone and wooden decking and is equipped by nice teak furniture.

7km driving to the Fazana-Brioni. In your golf career, have you ever played golf in the company of deer, mouflon, rabbits and peacocks? Have you ever putt on sand greens? If you are looking for a completely new experience for playing golf, then the Brijuni golf course should definitely be your next destination. On Brijuni golf is played on a unique golf course dating from 1922, which then acquired the flattering title of one of the largest and naturally most beautiful golf courses of that time. But, what most attracts golfers to Brijuni is the unique setting and atmosphere of this golf course. On the reconstructed 18 holes of the onetime largest golf course in Europe, you can still experience the enchantment of playing amid untouched nature. This rightfully dubbed environmental friendly golf course is truly impressive. The golf course is maintained without any machinery, no pesticides are used, it is not even watered so that greenery of the golf course depends on weather conditions.

Serenity away from busy and over crowded tourist areas.
This villa is made with style and charm. 12 people including children had space and calm to enjoy our week there. Fresh bread from the baker next door every morning and good supermarkets close by, makes living and cooking there an easy task and sitting outside in the evening at the pool enjoying the famous Croatian Plavac (Zinfandels) wines from Hvar was such a pleasure that everyone really enjoyed the holidays. Great restaurants in the area (ask Ines, the owner) and many beautiful towns and places around to visit filled out our days and evenings until the night pool sittings..! Of course we had some amount of beaches and sun tanning, but this was not our main purpose and so this villa is absolutely perfect for such intentions. Only down side is that a car is absolutely necessary to get around as this villa is located a few km's from the nearest village Vodnjan. By Claus My Value: 5 of 5.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I'm an architect and it's my passion to deal with reconstruction. We found an old stone house from the beginnings of the 19th century in nice position, near olive fields and near the sea, and we liked it immediately.
