Only 90 minutes from Dubrovnik, Villa St. Elias offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 3 balconies, a large terrace and private garden. The villa is set out over 3 floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people with car parking provided for up to 4 cars. The villa is situated at the base of Mount St. Elias, and offers spectacular panoramic views across the sparkling Adriatic sea with the island of Korcula visible in the distance. The bedrooms have access to one of the balconies and the living room leads to a large terrace, perfect for starting the day with an al fresco breakfast or for watching the sunset while enjoying a glass of the locally produced Peljesac wine. It's only a 10 minute stroll to the lovely harbourside town of Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula, which has a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Outside
The villa also has a barbecue area and large garden planted with a variety of fruit trees and is surrounded by unspoilt lush Mediterranean countryside. The bedrooms have large balconies with sea views and 10 outside chairs are provided.

Coast/Beach
The villa is 10 minutes walk to the beaches which have been declared some of the best in Croatia. The coastline is made up of long sandy and pebble beaches with numerous small coves that have the shallow crystal clear waters of the Adriatic lapping the shore.

Travel
Nearest airport is Dubrovnik which is 120kms from Orebic (approximately 90 minutes drive along a beautiful coastal road.
Budget airlines fly to Split and Zadar with Thomsonfly and Flybe flying to Dubrovnik. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Distances
Veganj is a few kilometres along the coast which is Croatia‘s premier windsurfing and kitesurfing location. The island of Korcula with its walled medieval town of the same name is 20 minutes ferry journey. Other islands such as Mijet (national park), Hvar and Lastovo can also be reached by ferries or private boat hire. The beautiful UNESCO world heritage city of Dubrovnik, the jewel of the Adriatic is 90 minutes drive away.

Deposit of 30% is required to secure booking or full amount if less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental. Balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation charges apply. Refundable security deposit of £100 (150 euros) is required.

Back (sadly) from Croatia! We had a fabulous time and felt we had seen some of the real Croatia. The house was perfect for our needs - the bedrooms worked out well and the terraces were a great extra living space. We found some lovely places to visit and eat at and are all now missing burek and squid! Thanks for letting us stay in your house - we had a wonderful family break and would love to return! Very comfortable accommodation for 10 with beautiful views and peaceful country sounds. Easy access for trips to Korcula, Dubrovnik and Mljet. Korcula worth several trips by foot to the town and by car/bike to Lumbarda for good beaches and excellent Grk wine. Gentle walks from the villa along the slopes of the mountain to Karmen and to the Franciscan monastry. NS (July 06).
