The apartment is on the first floor of the family house and has its own entrance from the street. It is separated from the downstairs floor. It has its own terrace with a sea view. There are 4 large beaches connected with the footpath by the sea just ca 200m away. Apartment is situated ca 10km from the Dubrovnik Airport and ca 10km from the old town Dubrovnik. The nearest shop (groceries) is 100m from the apartment and there are a few restaurants and coffee shops, all within walking distance.

There are no stairs from the street to the apartment, but there are some from apartment to the sea.
Outside
There is a balcony with stunning sea view, perfect for breakfast, daytime and evening meals.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 200m from the apartment, ca 5 min walking distance (lot of stairs).
There is also possibility to go by car - 3 minutes drive. There are also lot of beautiful beaches all around 5-15 mins drive.
Numerous water sports (windsurfing, scuba diving) are available in the next village. In Plat 5 mins walk you can play tennis.
Travel
Dubrovnik airport - 7 km.
Car hire is available at the airport.
Distances
Dubrovnik Old town 12km. Cavtat 6km. There is possibility to go daily by boat to Dubrovnik 30-45 mins.

The apartment is situated in village Plat-Smokovjenac. In the village there are some hotels with pools, restaurants, little shops, some souvenir shops, exchange office.
Post, bank, big shops, pharmacy, ambulance are situated in Srebreno 4km from apartment.
