The villa offers full views of the Adriatic coastline and attractive beaches are to be found nearby. The beautiful Medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan, breathtaking Limski Canal and the charming Venetian coastal town of Rovinj are within a short drive, as are a full range of sporting and leisure facilities.

Villa cleaning and replacement of linen and towels takes place every week and is included in the rental price. More frequent cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost of 12 euros per hour. |
Notes on accommodation
Accommodation is of an extremely high standard with remote control central air conditioning/heating and solid wood flooring throughout.
Outside
A small landscaped garden benefits from its own built-in gas barbecue, teak furniture for al fresco dining and stunning views towards the Adriatic coast. The shared swimming pool and all-weather, floodlit tennis court are a few steps away.
Coast/Beach
The coast and an excellent waterside seafood restaurant is within walking distance of the villa (less than a kilometre away) and several good beaches are within a five minute drive.
Golf
The Tar Golf & Country Club is a five minute walk away. The golf however, is currently limited to a driving range and practice facilities until the 18-hole course is completed.
Travel
Trieste airport in Italy (Ryanair) is 90 minutes drive. Other airports are located at Rijeka (60 minutes drive) and at Pula (around a 40 minute drive). From Porec, a catamaran to Venice takes approximately 2.5 hours. Car hire is recommended to explore the spectacular scenery inland as well as along the Adriatic coast.
Distances
The villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Tar. Here you will find many local shops, bars, restaurants and a bank (with ATM facility) all within easy walking distance.

Booking notes
Non-refundable 50% deposit of total rental booking. Booking remains open until deposit money is received. Balance to be paid to Agent on arrival. You should arrange your own cancellation and holiday insurance. Money to be paid by electronic bank transfer. Credit card payment not accepted.
