Standard check-in is from 15:00 until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Late check-ins can be accommodated. Early check-in will only be possible if the Villa happens to have been vacant the night prior to your arrival. Checkout is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Booking notes
25% deposit paid to secure the booking, the rest is paid 8 weeks before arrival.
rates are for a maximum of 10 people. For larger groups, a surcharge for larger groups will apply. Local tourist tax is payable to local tourist office in milna (approximately 1 euro/night/person is not included). Security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned at the end or your stay in the villa is left in the same condition as upon your arrival.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
This is our family house, me and my family built it ourselves. The villa and pool were finished in 2009.
Unique benefits of the property
We bought this plot of land because it is so close to the sea. The lovely crystal clear blue Adriatic sea is just minute walking distance (40m) from the property. So whenever I feel like a swim I just grab a towel and go! Pure luxury!
