Notes on accommodation
The house has air-conditioning and heating and a roaring fireplace for those cozy nights. Air conditioning upstairs which was sufficient for the whole villa to keep cool during the hot daytime hours and warm evenings.
Tastefully furnished and finished to a high standard with thoughtful details such as screens on all windows and doors (although mosquito's aren't a problem) and lovely crisp white sheets & duvets in the bedrooms and fluffy towels in the bathroom.

Accessibility
the house is very convenient and with an open floor plan that is easy to navigate. There are stairs to consider.
Outside
Beautiful large garden with an ancient well. Lounge chairs and outdoor shower. Outdoor stone sink. There is car parking at the Villa.
Outside there was a shaded dining area and a gas BBQ for dining alfresco which is highly recommended.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car to the nearest beach.
Golf
30 minutes to golf course.
Skiing
In late fall and early spring ski resorts are 2 hours away.

Market 1 minute by foot. Restaurants 1 minute by foot. Shopping 15 minutes.
There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and plenty more choice within a short drive. It is essential to have a car unless you intend on staying at the villa.

Deposit required to confirm. Final payment 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cash payment in hand for the breakage fee.

We stayed at the Villa for 2 weeks in Aug 2009, the weather was wonderful for the entire stay which helped make our stay one to remember for all the right reasons. The owners met us on arrival and were very welcoming, showing us around the Villa and generally making us feel at home. This was a welcome touch as it ensured our holiday started right away with no fuss. Lovely The location is ideal for the road into Vrsar for the beaches and main town and also for trips further afield. The main towns and cities you would wish to visit in Istria are all within driving distance. We would have liked a TV for those nights when we fancied a night in after a long day at the beach or site seeing and a coffee pot for fresh coffee. Neither of these distracted from a lovely holiday at the Villa which I would highly recommend, we would certainly stay again! Mark Hayes UK.
