Villa Bassi is a lovely restored traditional stone house in the small village of Basici, only 16 km away from Porec, a famous Istrian coastal town rich with history and culture and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars and boutiques. This house is of a high standard. Its trraditional style and reclaimed stone and oak beams used for the construction give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. Changeover day
On the arrival date, check in is at 2.00pm and on the departure day, check out is at 10.00am.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and safe for laptop and valuables. Bedroom 2 with two bunk beds, suitalble for children. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with shower on the first floor and one toilette with the washing machine on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | There are two kitchens, both completely equiped, with refrigerators with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove with electricity and gas, oven, blender, toaster, cofee machine and cutlery. |
| Utility Room: | There is no utility room, but in the small toilet on the ground floor there is a washing machine, and in the small storage closet under the stair there is the iron board, iron and rack for drying clothes. |
| Living Rooms: | Ground floor has a comfortable living room and kitchen, dining area and a toilet. The sofa in the living room can easily become a comfortable bed for two persons. |
| Other: | Attached to the house, there is another kitchen with fire place, large oak table with two benches and all the necessary equipment. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included, they are being changed once a week, and the property is also cleaned once a week. |

Beautiful terace with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy the view to a nicely arranged garden with external fire place and swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The house is situated 15km from Porec, croatian most known touristic center, with beautiful beaches and many events and festivities during summer months.
Golf
There are modern golf courses 45min from the house, in Umag.

Pula (Ryanair) 45 minute drive. Trieste (Ryanair) 60 minute drive. Rijeka (Ryanair) 120 minute drive. Venice Treviso (Ryanair) 120 minute drive. Venice Marco Polo (Ryanair) 120 minute drive.
If it is necessary, we can organise the use of rent-a-car for the period of staying in the house.
Distances
2km from Baderna, and 2km from Tinjan, both villages with shops, caffe bars, restaurants, post office etc. and 15km from Porec, the most known croatian touristic center with beautiful beaches and many events and local festivities during the summer months.
20km from the house is situated famous Motovun and the forrest of Motovun, where you can go to organised tuffels picking.
40km from the house is situated Rovinj, also very well known touristic center and the national park Brijuni.
Further details
From Porec, that is 15km from the house, it is possible to go on a fishing trip with a submarine boat and later try the fish that you caught. From Porec you can also go on a daily trip to Rovinja and the islands around Rovinj and also to the National Park Brijuni. We would also recommend you to go and visit the cave Baredine, only 5km from Porec and if you want to visit the famous Venice, we can prganise you a trip to Venice by boat, also from Porec.
Booking notes
During July and August, we book only from Saturday to Saturday. During other moths, it is possible to book the way it suits you.
