This apartment is beautifully furnished & equipped with lovely views from the balcony out to sea to a backdrop of mountains beyond. It is only an 8 minute walk to a delightful beach with a cafe restaurant & facilities - see pictures. Brac is a beautiful island & Postira a charming fishing village with cafes and bars surrounding a picturesque harbour. The atmosphere is very friendly. There is an open air market & several supermarkets that cater for your daily needs. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling. You can hire boats or take boat trips to the neighbouring island of Hvar or the mainland, i.e. to the walled city of Trogir a UNESCO Heritage site and to Omis and the river Cetina for white-water rafting! Activities on offer are diving, sea-kayaking, windsurfing, pedaloes, organised walks, fish picnics, fishing trips There are delightful walks 2 km in either direction - west to Splitska and east to Lovrecina, which boasts the only sandy beach on the island.

Bathrooms: The bathroom it spacious with a toilet, shower cubicle sink with cupboard under and shelving and mirror with power point and shave point, a washing machine and a wall heater.
Kitchen: An Italian fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, electric toaster, cafetiere and a full complement of kitchen utensils, china, crockery, cutlery, glassware, oven to table cookware.
Living Rooms: The large open plan dining and living area is air-conditioned and has a table with 4 chairs for dining, a double sofa bed, two leather chairs, 2 coffee tables, TV, DVD, CD player.

Towels and bed linen are provided. If you are staying for more than one week, a mid-stay clean and change of bed linen will take place.

8 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The beach is pebbly but there is a sandy beach (the only sandy beach on the island) 2km from Postira with a restaurant.

Travel
Split is the nearest airport. It is a 30 minute coach ride to Split port where you board the ferry to Brac. The ferry takes 50 minutes to get to the island.

Distances
It is a 15 minute walk to the harbour of Postira.

Further details
There is a very well stocked supermarket within one minute walk of the apartment.
