25% deposit to secure reservation. The rest paid 60 days before arrival. On arrival a 500 euros (refundable) security breakage deposit required.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Dubrovnik is the best location on the Croatian coast which has all the major tourist draws, and we chose Cavtat as it was a beautiful location more suited to peaceful long holidays but within easy reach to Dubro..

Easy access to the airport.
Great views of the Adriatic.
Quiet part of Cavtat as its still a new layout of the town.
A nice landscaped lawn good for relaxation after a long day sightseeing.
