It has easy access via entryphone intercom and there is dedicated parking next to the apartment.

Discount for winter lettings and longer term bookings (14 days and more).
Non refundable deposit of 10% is payable at time of booking.
Cleaning fee per rental of £50 is also required for all bookings.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we are flexible and can accommodate other days. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Notes on accommodation
Property has adequate heating/cooling system and it can be used through out the year. Property can be accessed through the terrace gate which provides easy access to the garden and pool area. There is also gate in to the property grounds so kids can roam freely in the garden without being able to get out on to the street.
Accessibility
Unfortunately the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Apartment has a good size terrace with built in BBQ.
Communal pool is available from May to September and it is not heated.
Coast/Beach
Apartment is located about 10 -15 minutes walking distance from the nearest pebble beach.
Golf
Currently there are two golf courses in use in Istrian region - Briuni Island and Skiper Kempinski. Both are around 30 minutes drive from the apartment. Bookings are required for the round of golf. There are 2 more golf courses coming up in the area, both will be within 20-30 minutes driving distance. Will post details once these 2 golf courses come online.
Skiing
Closest skiing fields are located about 1.5 hours drive away from the apartment. While this apartment is not suitable for a skiing holiday, visit to skiing slopes during the winter time can be an interesting one day trip.
Travel
Nearest airport is Pula, 60km. Airport in Trieste, Ronchi dei Legionari, is around 90km away from Novigrad. Airport in Venice, Marco Polo, is 190km away. Airport Brnik in Ljubljana, Slovenia, is 150km and Zagreb airport Pleso is 250km away.
Further details
There is a kids playground within short walking distance from the apartment (2 minutes) suitable for younger children. Next to the playground there is an all weather football court. Further 10 minutes away is another outdoor sport facility with tennis, football and basketball courts. Another kids playground is right next to this sporting area, this one is suitable to older kids as well. First shop (small corner shop) is located 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. First large supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. Closest restaurant is at the bottom of the street, around 5 minutes walk.
