The house is situated next to the path leading towards the famous beach “Zlatni Rat”. It is in the middle of a large, flower garden near the sea (20 m distance). This position and the villa’s features offer a unique experience, especially for families with children. Many smaller and beautiful beaches are very close to the house and stretch all the way through pine woods, offering a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Constant daily breeze makes you feel comfortable even without the AC on.

15 min walk to the famous beach Zlatni Rat, 10 min walk to the center of Bol, nice pebbly beaches in front of the house.

Travel
Bol is connected to Split via a Catamaran line which departs Split at 4 pm towards Bol and departs Bol at 6:30 am towards Split. A pleasant 1 hour ride enables you to get daily visits from Bol to know historical heritage of Split and it’s surroundings. The other way is to take car ferry from Split to Supetar and then taxi( 35min) or local bus service (1 hour). Split is nearest international airport, local airport on island Brac.
