The picturesque town of Novigrad is situated on the north-west coastline of the Istrian peninsula. Approximately 6000 people live in the town and surrounding areas, which share the town’s rich history and long tourist tradition. Built in the early 20th century, the Venetian Renaissance style Villa Venezia stands out as one of the most beautiful town-houses. A recent renovation preserved its Venetian charm, which permeates every corner of the magnificent building. The villa’s prime location in the centre of old town offers great views of the Mandrac, the old fishing harbour, and makes everything literally accessible in a few steps. The beach is only 100 meters, the commercial chains 50 meters and an elite restaurant only 5 minute walk away. The fact that guests need not use their car while on vacation, greatly elevates their sense of relaxation so vital in the fast pace of life.

Changeover day
Arrival at 12 noon. Check out at 10am. However, check-in and check-out times are flexible, and can be changed according to a prior agreement.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 each sleeps 3 persons.
Additional child’s bed if required.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, WC, bathing salt and shampoo.
Upstairs there is a jacuzzi, fitness and sauna.
Daily change of towels.
Kitchen: Modern kitchen includes full gas/electric cooker, worktops, fridge, toaster, vine fridge and coffee machine. The kitchen is very large and can cater for up to 40 people.
Utility Room: Utility room is downstairs with computer and all other equipment.
Living Rooms: Very large open living/dining room with fireplace. Also have modern audio and video equipment with surround system, home video, automatic air condition in every room there is a plasma TV, every room has a mini-bar.
Other: The apartment is equipped with comfortable antique furniture, which gives a touch of the Venetian-style spirit.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The Villa is cleaned daily, towels and bathrobes are also changed daily.

The Venetian style Villa offers a set of modern amenities and superior comfort both for adults as children. The town of Novigrad offers many aquatic activities in the warm Adriatic Sea. It is also known for superior sea food prepared to satisfy the most demanding of gourmands. A large terrace on the first floor is equipped with outside furniture and awning, and offers beautiful views of the old port. The second terrace is very unique, built in the traditional Venetian style.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 1 min walk from villa, and most beaches in Istria, has crystalline, clean and warm water. Just 10 min awayone can find more secluded beaches, which offer quiet relaxation without the hustle and bustle of people.

Golf
There is a golf course at Tar, approx 10km in direction of Porec.

Travel
Pula airport is 60km drive. There are several flights a week from Stansted airport all year round, some other UK airports in the summer, including Manchester and Birmingham. Also Trieste is 45km drive with daily Ryanair flights. Car hire is essential.

Distances
Porec 15km an attractive historical coastal town. Umag 15km known for the organization of ATP tennis tournament. Rovinj 45km an Old Venetian coastal town. Vrsar 4km with beautiful beaches and marina. Pula 60km an historical city and international airport. Plitvica 90km with International Park.

Further details
There are several excellent restaurants in the vicinity of the Villa. Ornela and Dmian is the most famous restaurant in Croatia. Also all services including banks, machines, post office, casino, etc. are just a short walk away.
