Notes on prices
Prices are for the whole apartment per night, in UK currency, payable by bank transfer, paypal or UK cheque. We operate a minimum of a three night stay but please ask.

Changeover day
Totally flexible on the days of arrival and departure.
As for timings, guests are asked to vacate by 11am & the apartments are available from 4pm, though we will try and accommodate any requirements you may have. Please ask.

Accommodation

There are two bedrooms - one double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a double window with double shutters overlooking the Old Town. Both bedrooms have ample storage & hanging space & bedside lamps.
The bathroom is stunning, featuring a luxurious marble tiled Roman style plunge bath with shower over & mirrors on all sides. There is a sink & wc in the bathroom & a washing machine. There is also a separate wc room with sink.
At the end of the hall is the living room with wooden flooring, frescoes, exposed beams & stonework. The simple wenge oak kitchen with stone worktop will suit all needs & comes fully prepared with all requirements for self catering including a microwave, electric hob & oven and a fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glassware is also included. It is fully airconditioned and comes with a TV & has wifi available. There are three large double windows with shutters affording superb views of Dubrovnik and beyond.

The Old Bakery is a well appointed apartment that sleeps 3 on two separate mezzanine beds which frees up ample space for the living area. Please see the photos for this.
The living area comprises a fine pine kitchen with hob, microwave style oven and fridge. All the usual items for self catering are included. There is a dining area and a sitting area with ample storage, both hanging and drawers. There is also a work station with wifi available for use. Set above the living area are two mezzanine areas, one housing a double bed and one a single bed.
The large double windows to the living area and high ceilings give a light and airy feel to the apartment and the views are of the Old Town alleyways and a garden of wine vines and the city walls beyond.
Finally, air conditioning completes the well appointed and homely living area.
Off the hallway is a fully tiled shower wet room with power shower and sink and, further, there is a separate wc, again fully tiled and with a window.

 

Notes on accommodation
The Old Bakery is not suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the mezzanine configuration.

Accessibility
Whilst the building itself is only 6 steps up from the main street level of The Stradun, the apartments are on the third floor. Please bear this in mind. They are not suitable for the disabled.

Coast/Beach
Beaches off the stone walls are a mere 3 minute walk away (yes - this is true).
Outside the city walls, the main city beach is still only a ten minute walk away and there are others too.

Travel
Dubrovnik airport is only 20 minutes by car. The Old Town itself is car free and all cars need to be parked outside of the city walls.

Further details
The Old Town has all amenities you could wish for and there are restaurants, museums, galleries, bars, cafes, markets and supermarkets all within a 5 to ten minute (flat) walk away.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit upon booking is required, with the balance payable within 4 weeks of arrival.
Payments can be paid by cheque, money transfer or paypal.
All payments will be invoiced and receipted.
