Notes on accommodation
The accommodation benefits from air conditioning and many grasslands around that is suitable also for children, but attention to the steps all around.
Accessibility
Sorry, this property is not suitable for people with mobility problems of many steps around the house.
Outside
Villa is surrounded with a huge Mediterranean terraced garden with grassland, florescent flowers and natural green shade. Covered terrace and parasols all around, with comfortable garden furniture will make your relaxation even better while looking at the sunset.
Enjoy a good barbecue near the pool, with a possibility of dining al fresco, and a beautiful large swimming pool (13m x 5m, depth from 1.4m - 1.8m) with Roman steps to refresh also in the warm evening. As the pool is on the south - sunny part of the property, its warm all the summer season.
Coast/Beach
The whole property is located on a cape between 2 bays surrounded by the sea. You have a direct access to the nearest stone beach about 50m below. About 80 steps are leading down to the stone jetty where you can swim in the sea or rent a dinghy and explore the coves nearby. There are also a lot of lovely stone or pebble beaches all around the island, (including the famose Golden cape) that you can reach also by car (distances from 7km to 45km).
Travel
If you travel by plane you arrive to Split airport, and take a taxi or rent a car to Split ferry port (about 25km). Take a ferry to Supetar - port of island Brac. Crossing the channel about 50 mins and you arrive to Supetar. Driving to the west side of the Island you are in Bobovisca n/m in 15 min.
The owners personally welcome you in the village and lead you to the villa.
Distances
There is a little village of Bobovisca within walking distance (300m), where is a simple restaurant and cafebar. Distance to the other bigger places are from 7km (Milna, Sutivan) and 14km Supetar where are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, open markets, banks. Many other interesting places on the island are within the distance of 45km.
Further details
The Island Brac is one of the largest and one of the easiest to reach for. It is also very attractive with its pretty waterside towns and villages. Covered by woods of pine, olives and vineyards but also famous of its white marble stone, known all over the world. Many buildings are built by this stone in the world, among them 1700 years old Diocletian palace in the heart of town Split. This ancient palace is still living surrounded by a modern and beautiful town that will inspire you. Explore also the natural beauties of the island Brac as the beautiful pebble beach Golden Cape, or mountain peak Vidova Gora from where you have a stunning view to the other islands. Visit also some of historical monuments, as famous monastery of Blaca, built-in a 16th century, partly cut in a stone, or enjoy your drink in some of the cafes by the sea.
Booking notes
30% deposit is required at the time of booking .Full payment 8 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation 80% balance is refunded if cancellation is made between 8 & 6 weeks before arrival. 50% of balance is refunded, if cancellation is made between 6 & 4 weeks before arrival. No refund is made in the last 4 weeks before data of arrival. At the time of arrival a refundable 300 Euros will be asked to cover eventual damages.
