Notes on prices
The rental prices are in euros per apartment per day (according to the capacities). Tax, electricity, water, satellite TV, air conditioning, central heating, parking spaces (cars and boats), change of towels, partial cleaning - every 3 days, change of bedsheets, general cleaning - every 7 days. All is included, no extras. The whole villa rental is charged extra. We offer the winter special offers and the discounts for long term rentals. Thanks!
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. In high season ( July and August) preferred rental is 1 week! Check- in hour is 2 pm, check- out hour is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Children up to 2 years of age free. There is a cot, a playpen, a buggy, a pram, a bath, bed clothes, bathrobe, etc. available for babies - no charge. Rent a car/boat/motorbike/bike. Fax and e-mail (internet) services. Baby sitting service. Breakfast - on request! Car and boat taxi! Welcome pack’s for stays of two weeks + is a daily boat trip around the Paklinski islands (worth £150) and a welcome drink in our very special place of the villa: Taverna-Konoba-Dalmatian style guest room with stone fireplace filled with the Dalmatian antiques!
Outside
Villa Domus Marini has the nicest botanic garden (approx 500 sq.m.) with the palm trees on the island of Hvar!The area where the villa is located is closed off by big garden stone wall and also one road is completely closed off-for the car parking spaces for our guests and the 2nd road is a blind street with 2 supermarkets. One beach is literally in front of the villa and other 2 -3 very close by. Two first floor apartments, JOSIP and ZARA, have big terraces, with outdoor furniture, surrounded by big botanic garden with palm trees. There is an outdoor BBQ-fire-place (wood provided) there as well for all our guests to use anytime they want...The top floor apartment MARINO has a balcony with outdoor furniture and with spectacular views of the sea, the sunsets and the Paklinski islands (privacy secured).It is a pure sun trap!
Coast/Beach
Our villa is set beachfront, another 2 gravel-sandy beaches are 30-50m distanced only (natural shade, deck chairs, entertainment vessels, sun umbrellas etc.). There are few caffe bars and restaurants close by. These beaches are ideal for families with children. Also lots of good swimming places for couples or groups seeking more privacy.There are few rent-a-boat centres are literally in front of our villa - if you want to visit the neighbouring Paklinski islands with beaches and restaurants.

Only 5 minutes seaside walk to the town centre which is filled with places of interest, lots of historical monuments, museums, galleries, exhibitions, concerts, lots of café bars, restaurants, few clubs... The nearest village is 10 mins by car. There are lots of taxi boats to the Paklinski islands, ie: beautiful islands with beaches, restaurants etc.The camping site VIRA is only 5 mns by car. Upon your arrival we will give you a list with our recommendations-beaches, bars and restaurants etc.

Please contact us by email, phone or mobile and then we will discuss all in details. The 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. The booking is concluded after we receive the deposit. The remaining 80% is to be paid before or on the first day of your arrival. The ways of sending the deposit over: iban or swift bank transfers, the cheques or the Western Union. We do not deal with the credit cards.
